From start to finish, the folks at Precision I worked with were awesome. Matt who did the initial estimate was very professional and knowledgable, and then Tim who did the actual new garage door install (along with his teammate) both wore masks, were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Precision to any of my friends and colleagues!

I absolutely would recommend Precision because the agent that came out to serve me was very polite, professional, and respectful of my concerns. He didn't treat me like I didn't know anything. And spent time to show me what to do if it happens again and encouraged me to call for help anytime if needed. He gets 10 stars!

Our service tech,Vladimir Escamilla was prompt and courteous. After adjusting the safety beam he noticed our 16' door had only one spring, which was pretty weak. He gave us an estimate and had the springs replaced in no time. Will be calling Precision for any other issues that come our way.

We had their service 4 years ago and were pleased so when the garage door spring suddenly broke, we immediately contacted Precision. We were scheduled for the same day. The two gentlemen arrived on time. Wore masks, and shoe coverings. They were pleasant, thorough, and got the job done quickly. We would not hesitate in calling them again when a need arrives.

Drew called ahead, showed up on time, and was clearly capable of handling my garage door repair. He was friendly in his demeanor and articulate in explaining the problem with our garage door opener and the repairs it needed. After he replaced the part it needed, our garage door opener was operating good as new.

Ryan the technician did a great job informing me of where the current issues were with my garage door and those that could become problematic in the near future resulting in another visit. There was no heavy sales pitch just an informational conversation. The quality of work was as good as the customer service. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone having issues. End result; my garage has never been so quiet opening or closing

Service response was fast. Service Tech was knowledgeable. He let me know what needed to be fixed, what upgrades I might like to do, and what to keep an eye on. He then laid out the complete cost of each side by side and let me decide. No pressure to upgrade just information I could use to make an informed decision.

We were having intermittent trouble with our garage door and when Ryan D. came out to troubleshoot, he not only found the primary cause, but took the time to provide very detailed customer education. We not only clearly understood the issue, but now have a much better understanding of how our garage door should work. Ryan offered several solutions to update our garage door components. We chose to go with the full replacement of everything except the door. We had no clue how big a difference a precision balanced garage door system would make. The door is now so smooth and quiet my dogs don’t know when it opens or closes. With the added benefits of the wireless connectivity, app access, battery backup, and security we could not be happier! Working with Precision is absolutely the best garage door service experience we’ve every had. I would highly recommend them if you want the best service and support for your garage door.
