I called OGDS first thing in the AM when my husband had to manually open the door to go to work. They are our go to company and they did NOT disappoint! They got us in right away and Nick showed up earlier (called first to make sure it was okay, of course). He got right to work and was able to diagnose and repair both issues. We were still under warranty so we were good to go. He then showed me some of the areas to spray for maintenance and said that he hoped we didn't have to see each other very soon. : ) Great Customer Service!

Precision has been my choice for all garage door needs for years. You all provide quality products and service. You arrive when you say you’re going to. And you’ve always had everything in the work vehicle that was needed. This time, what I thought was wrong was the electronic eye bcs the door wouldn’t shut. We ran into problems with the repair and the technician accidently broke a glass pane on the door - which was very old. Fortunately, he didn't get hurt in the incident. The owner agreed to install a new door for about the same cost with all new parts. Unfortunately, the new door won't have the glass panels, which we liked, but the old door was probably needing replacement anyway, so all seems to be working out OK. Very easy people to deal with and treated us pretty fairly. Very prompt and nice.

I was surprised and pleased that you were able to send a service man out the same day I called even though I didn’t have an emergency situation. James was very thorough in in determining the cause for our noisy garage door. His recommendations were clear and he did not try to sell us something we didn’t really need. He worked quickly and we are very pleased with the results. He was very courteous and obviously knew his business.

I chose Precision because of an ad I saw advertising free service call. I was looking to replace the sensors on 2 garage doors. Ben the tech- very nice and knowledgeable told me I would have to replace both units because the base unit was too old. Fine not what I was looking to do but I understood until he quoted me over $900 for 2 units. My friend just had hers replaced for $350. When I told Ben I would think about it He said that would be $80 for the service call. My free coupon only works if you get a repair. It took less than 15 mins. Needless to say I have called a few other companies and the going rate is $340-$350 no service fee

Our technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and didn't leave until we were satisfied. I wish we had used him for our door replacement last year, then we wouldn't have had these additional problems that needed repair. A broken spring prompted me to contact Precision Garage Doors. In less than an hour Andrew was out. He repaired the spring, then suggested a few maintenance items I may want to consider. Today I just had him fix the spring, and there was no pressure to do the rest. And when I am ready to do the other things, they will be my first call.

Definite 5 Star Rating! Precision came out promptly to service my garage door opener! My remotes hadn’t been working well! With some troubleshooting discovered the circuit board was shot! So installed a new one! Keith and Mike were great! Noticed door was noisy and greased it up! Remotes working great now! So appreciate their excellent service!

Very professional.. Ben was my guys name and he did a good job, was knowledgeable, did an inspection and recommendation of future problems that may arise, left me a quote and wasn't pushy or trying to make an immediate sale. He was very friendly, groomed like a real man and former military.. did the job pretty quick even though I talked to him most of the time. The owner gives them the best equipment and vehicles to use and they take great pride in being an asset to their company

Eric was incredible. He showed up on time and was so nice and helpful. Showed a screen shot of what our house would look like with the color we picked and then offered to switch out our garage lightbulbs that we out and got my car set up with the opener in the car to work which he didn't have to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I am very pleased with how quickly I was able to get service. When I called, the person I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. I was having trouble with my garage door closing all the way. Mike made some adjustments and installed new rollers. Now the door works great and much quieter than before. Mike was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and answer questions. This was my first time using Precision and I will definitely use your company for any future needs. Great service!

Had an issue after the initial installation. It ended up being a defect in one of the openers buttons, they replaced it. This is when a good review counts, AFTER the sale, I could not be more pleased. I called they were going to give me the next day, but I was not available for a couple days. Showed up at the beginning of my service window (2 hours) not a half day. Fixed in less than an hour. Now that is excellent customer service.
