I had already called a different company who was not able to come out until the next day and my existing opener had failed so I needed someone today. I then tried Precision and they were able to send someone that day. The service technician was Mike. He did a great job. He inspected my existing opener and door. The existing opener needed to be replaced so he removed the old unit and track and installed the new one. He was very professional and courteous, a true first class job. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

I am very positively impressed with Mr. Mike Felton. He was well-mannered, listen carefully to my explanation of the problem and correctly diagnosed where was the problem. His diagnosis was based on his experience and was different from my guessing. I asked him who could change worn out rubber strip that seals the door with the floor. He checked the vehicle and pulled out the rubber band. He explained to me the cost of material and labor and using proper tools removed the old strip and installed the new one. Also, he made some additional adjustments. He explained some useful facts about this type of doors that I will use in the future. I really like this company.

Called Saturday morning, and scheduled a repairman out by 2pm. Was there on time. Good so far. Professional, knowledgeable, educating, honest about what was wrong. Fixed the gear and drive shaft of the motor. Did general check and maintenance on both doors. Took about 1.5 hours. Good job. Not too expensive. Under $250.00 with $20 coupon discount.
