I called to have my garage door repaired and was surprised that the repairs could be done on the 4th of July. Eric arrived that morning and had my garage door working again in no time at all. He took the time to explain all the issues that he found and what he was going to do to resolve the problems. When Eric told me that there is a lifetime warranty on all the work he did I was so happy because it's hard to find a company that will back their work with that kind of warranty. I chose your company because of the high ratings and rewards the company has received and I couldn't be more pleased with that decision. Eric told me that my motor was very old and that I should consider getting replaced. Well, when that motor does go out I will be calling your company to come and replace it. I will not be going anywhere else for any future work that I may need done to my garage door. You fellas are top notch!!! Keep up the excellent work and fantastic customer service!!

Used Precision at our previous home and had no fear of using them again at our new home. They allowed me to schedule an appointment at 9:30 the night before, didn't have to wait until the next day to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to let me know they were on their way and they were on time. Andrew, the technician, was polite and thorough. He explained all of my options and explained the benefits of each option. When I decided on the option, the service was done and he walked me through and showed me everything he did. angie's list roller replacement and checkup special deal $89. Did it for 2 doors. Mike was very informative, courteous and explained the state of my 10 year old garage doors and what to possibly expect in the future. He referred to costs that might be incurred should I choose to replace parts or for when I might have an issue.

Nick was great, I'm thrilled with how fast they came out. The spring broke with our garage door. He quickly fixed the issue and did a really great job cleaning up after himself. He explained everything that he was going to do, received my approval and then fixed the door. He even fixed the door so it is quiet, which is amazing. I highly recommend the company.
