Nick was personable, friendly, and cared about the quality of his work. He didn’t try to sell me more than I wanted or needed and offered a fair price for the work I asked for. I couldn’t ask for a nicer guy or better quality work.

Eric did an excellent job explaining replacement door openers so we could make a good decision repair or replace. He also did an excellent job with installation, great clean up, and stayed after the job was complete to program two cars to the new openers. Above and beyond service.

I’m stoked! Andrew and a fellow tech in training ( my memory is bad) They replaced all kinds of parts on my garage door. It sounds so stealth! I am extremely happy, with the service we received today.

My appointment window was from 10 am to noon. The technician was over an hour late. I do understand things happen but a heads up on that would have been good. Josh did call me once he was headed to me. When Josh got to my house I explained the trouble I was having and he quickly figured out the problems with my garage door and how much it would cost to fix it. With my go ahead he got to work on the repair and in what I thought was a really short amount of time he got the repairs done. I would definitely recommend Precision door service.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door work done. The installer that was at my house was very polite, professional and communicated real well about everything he was doing. He explained things when it was necessary to be explained and got the job done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the installer that was sent to my house to do the work that was needed. They didn't force anything on me that I didn't want but did offer suggestions and reasoning behind why that specific thing needed to be done. Will gladly use them again if I need anymore work done in the future.

We had a great experience with Precision. I called yesterday for an appointment and got an appointment today. He was here on time and did our repair in a timely manner. He also added a seal on both of our overhead doors. Great service, truly.

My door was just as noisy when your tech left as was before he arrived. After having another overhead door tech look at our door it was determined that the chain rail had an upward bow in to. After straightening the chain rail the door was quiet again. You need to better train your techs on actual repairs instead of selling a bunch of unneeded parts.
Gary, I'm very sorry we missed the root cause of the issue. I was not there so I cannot speak to the cause. I have not come across a Operator with an upward bent rail so I can see where the tech may have missed and instead assumed it was just the age of the operator and the fact it was a chain which are typically louder. Thank you for working with me, and I hope the refund we provided will change your perception. Thank you, Joel Belyew

The technicians came to my home to repair a door that would sometimes go down and sometimes not. I called late that morning and was given a window for them to arrive that afternoon. They came at the start of the appointment window. They were very polite and explained possible issues with the door. I was given some options for the repair. After my decision they did the repair in promptly. I really could not be happier with either the response for an appointment, the service personnel or the actual work that they did.

You guys where awesome and super friendly and very knowledgeable of all my questions and concerns. You know, I really do appreciate my man Drew for coming out and hooking everything back up and getting things back to normal. Also, not to be mean, but guys where my second call for help, since OHG wouldn’t come out cause they didn’t want to come into my house to get to the garage! Like WTH man, so I say screw those other companies, they don’t deserve my hard earned money, but you guys do. Thanks again drew and everyone at Precision!
