Called Saturday morning, and scheduled a repairman out by 2pm. Was there on time. Good so far. Professional, knowledgeable, educating, honest about what was wrong. Fixed the gear and drive shaft of the motor. Did general check and maintenance on both doors. Took about 1.5 hours. Good job. Not too expensive. Under $250.00 with $20 coupon discount.

Well lets start this off it's july 13 not my day for anything to go bad . yeah right at 3:30 in this morning I was ready to go to work when I open my garage door it only open about to inches . then I looked at the springs and the guide wires was broke so I called and talked to a lady and she said I can have someone out there by noon great well I was at work and my wife was home to let Joel to look it over and he him self said the springs was broke I told Joel fix it with new springs and new guide wires and had the job done in a hour .not bad so Joel told my wife I have a 10 year warranty I would not give Joel a five star but a 10 star he was in and out . great job by Joel and his partner

Nick was awesome! He called around 15-20 minutes ahead of his arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The install of the new motor, as well as the other parts and pieces, was seamless. Nick was informative, and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing overhead garage door maintenance or new install.

After I chose the option I thought was best he sharpened his pen to provide some coupons to make it easier. He also did a great job with the installation of new parts and went over everything when he was finished. Nice job Tyler!

We returned home from a trip to a broken spring and couldn’t get into our garage. It was late so I waited until morning to start the process of finding a reputable servicing company. I Googled garage door repair and was drawn to your website and reviews. I went to the chat box and within 5 minutes had an appointment scheduled for a 11:00 - 1:00 time window. Kevin, the technician, called by 11:00 and said he was on his way. Kevin was great, explaining everything and giving me options for the repair. Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! I can't get a light bulb changed faster than that! Thank you so much :)

He replaced the garage door opener door keypad and remotes and gave complete and understandable instructions on how the system operates. Andrew and his trainee were just great. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all clean. Now I have a workable door, whereas before it wasn't. Broke just as I was trying to leave for a weeks vacation, so called them from where I was staying and set up a service/repair call for first thing this morning. Now I have all new springs, cable and rollers along with a 7 year warranty. First class job by a first class company.

I cannot say enough good things about the team that transformed my elderly garage door! They were able to save the original door and make it safe, quiet and functioning. I had called another company, they came out and told me the door could not be repaired and that I would need a new custom order door. While waiting for an estimate and two failed appointments with that company I called Precision. Precision was prompt and discussed maintaining the door as I live in a historic neighborhood. Keeping the door was not easy, they basically rebuilt the entire system. There was a small problem after the door was fixed and they were there that day and worked on the issue and I will never use anyone but Precision. The work performed was amazing and the repairmen were gentlemen and excellent technicians

I just paid $80 to have a technician come out, and clean the wires to the sensors because the garage door wouldn't close. Not sure if i am angry at myself for not being smart enough to think of that, or angry that I had to pay $80 for 5min of work. If it goes out again I will just buy a new opener, and install it myself for a little more money.
