When you wake up and can’t get your cars out. It was great to make a call and have the job done by lunchtime. Nick was great with showing me what was needed to fix the door. He also went over other items that could be replace to help everything last longer. Would highly recommend these guys for quick quality repairs.

I received 5 star rating customer service from Ben (technician). My appointment time was scheduled for a much later time; however, the technician called to inform me of an earlier time being available. Ben was a great listener and patient as I explained the issue with my new garage door opener and spring. He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the repair service. I would recommend his service in the future.

I highly recommend Precision. The service tech, Andrew, called us about 20 minutes prior to our appointment to confirm he was on his way. He was very professional and polite. He was able to easily help us with our service request and then took time to check and re-lubricate the coils and checked to make sure doors were in good operating order. He went above and beyond our service request.

You didn't allow all purchases . . . I got springs and a new wall control. I called only to repair a faulty wall control that was turning lights on and off as it pleased. Nick convinced us that our springs were not the correct ones and needed replacement. So . . . Your employee is extremely congenial and well versed. He deserves 5 stars. the dispatcher was also efficient and friendly. Why not 5 stars? Cost!

We're so glad we chose you! ! Our experience was trouble free, Andrew, our service tech, explained everything in words we could understand, and with our approval, replaced the seals on 3 doors, installed a new exterior keypad and several other repair /tune-up items he and my husband discussed. Everything done A-1, and the cost very fair. Money well spent! ! We would definitely call back if needed for future service! !

Mike showed up precisely when he said was going to. He was courteous and professional and explained everything he was going to do and all of his concerns about my current setup. Although he did reccomend a good amount of work to be done to bring my equipment current, he wasn’t pushy at all. He even played with my two big dogs who ran out into the garage to meet him. Highly recommended.

Incredible service! We had a spring break last night and could not operate the door at all to get the cars out. I called late last night to schedule the appointment for the next day. Nick was our technician and he was awesome. He came well within his set time window, was friendly and knowledgeable and actually helped us out with a couple other issues we were having on the door. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service understands customer service. Nick called in advance of his arrival. He showed up on time, and explained my options, along with what he would be replacing.
