The repairman diagnosed the problem with the garage door opener very quickly and efficiently. I was also having a problem receiving door activity alerts on my iPhone. Although he admittedly wasn’t that familiar with iPhones, he continued to troubleshoot the problem and effectively resolved it. I was very appreciative of the additional effort he took to fix the problem. He was very professional and courteous. He’s certainly an asset to your company.

Chose precision because of high ratings on google. Repair and technician were great. ...only downside was the $15 fuel surcharge. This was never mentioned until I saw my receipt. And $15 seems kinda excessive considering I’m in Carmel and you guys in noblesville. It’s about 28 miles round trip and with gas prices down so low even with a truck that gets poor gas mileage there’s no way the fuel cost more than $3.

Ryan was early, but called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable even with the older set up I have in my garage. He asked questions and assessed the issues I was having, explained my options and the cost associated with each. After deciding on a plan of action, he got right to work. He explained the process as he worked, and gave me plenty of advice on how to extend the life and functionality of my overhead door. Being in a service industry myself, I have to say that Ryan exceded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied and everything was in working order before he left.
