Eric was my service technician. From beginning to and I was very pleased with the service. I appreciated the email telling me who my service technician would be and having pictures knowing that I would be able to recognize who was coming to my home. Eric explained everything very well and did not try to pressure me into buying anything extra. He explained the repairs that needed to be done and showed me what exactly he was replacing. Excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend this to anyone else

"Scales" are an open invitation to inflation. I called Monday close to noon because the door opener had gone fritzy, Precision having serviced it in 2006. My call must have sounded frazzled. But the young lady was extraordinarily gracious and considerate, scheduling someone to arrive within two hours. And Nick did. He was excellent in his advice and his work. And a most cheerful humor. All in all I was delighted. And I send special thanks to both who were so kind and so good.

Of course, the problem of the door not shutting did not occur when the technician was trying to fix it, but he really seemed to believe me and tried many times to get it to happen. He did lubricate everything and did some adjustments though so maybe it won't happen again! Since the spring is 25 years old, I chose to replace it while he was here. Really appreciate his kindness and that he worked so hard on my door.

While traveling I was notified that my garage door was open and stuck. I found your company on line. You guys told me exactly when you would be there. You also called before you came and arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled. You guys did a great job in my opinion. What's interesting is I called another company and they couldn't tell me when and if they would be there. However, you guys came through like champs.

I was very pleased with Precision Doors service and technician Josh. My original issue, or so I thought, was with my garage door opener, but rather it was with the rollers and damaged door. Josh advised replacing the rollers or since my door was damaged and ill fitting to the door frame replacing the door. While replacing the rollers would have been less costly, in the long run replacing the door which was installed with new rollers was the best answer. While I had a small doubt this would fix my garage door opener issue, it is now 4 months later and I have not had a problem since the new door was installed. Josh was very nice, didn't treat me as if I knew nothing about garage doors though I know nothing about them which he clearly knew, and was just an overall pleasant person. I have recommended Precision Door Service and will continue to do so.

Nick was very prompt, calling to let us know when he was on his way to us for our garage door broken spring and after speaking with him, we decided to have him refresh our garage door with their package that replaced the rollers and other typical worn out parts. Nick explained everything before he started and finished promptly. We used Precision door previously for two broken door springs and were able to receive a quick appointment when we called on a Sunday for service on Monday. Would recommend Nick and Precision door.

Tyler G. came out to fix what I thought was a garage door opener problem, but turned out to be a broken garage door spring. He called in advance of our scheduled time and actually asked if he could come early, which I greatly appreciated. Tyler explained the 2 product options available to fix my problem and priced them both out for me. I opted to get the more expensive option because it had a lifetime warranty. I am very happy know that my garage doors will be operating safely and effectively for many years to come. Oh, I forgot to add....I called Precision Door Service at about 8:30 am this morning and had new springs on both my garage doors by 2 pm - same day! How's that for fast service! (Thank you, Tyler!)
