From the phone call to set up the appointment to the time Eric (the awesome technician) left my driveway. Precision was nothing but professional, kind and understanding. I want to also thank Eric's boss for working out a price I could work with in our family's budget. Eric ( the awesome technician) was very understanding and didn't want to leave my family with a broken garage door. Eric did a great job, was quick and thorough he installed a new spring,bearings,rod and a roller. My door is quite and smooth operating now. So very pleased with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Defiantly a 5 star company.

Kevin was my GD tech today...he gave me options that were well explained and reasonable. I expected the numbers to be much higher so I was pleased with pricing options. Today I selected the least $$ just to get the absolute necessary fixes in but will be calling in a few months to "finish the job". My son's garage door opener had had broken and when we were checking it out discovered that the spring was also broken. I called Precision and they could come out that day but neither of us could be around so I made an appointment for the next day. My son and I installed a new opener before the service tech Tyler arrived. Tyler called before scheduled time and asked if he could arrive early and that was great. Tyler arrived and diagnosed the issue, discovered some other issues, explained them to me, wrote up an estimate with a couple of options for repair. Option to go with was decided and off to work he went. In less than an hour, job was done. I stayed with him through the process and he explained everything as he went along. Tyler is very friendly, and knowledgeable, I'd say he is an asset to Precision. He even set everything up with the new opener before he left, also made sure all was cleaned up when done. Thank You ! I'd give him a raise !!!

The Precision service rep, Kevin Ulery,was on time, was very respectful and outlined other possible problems beyond the initial reason for the service call the that might occur within the next three to five years and the related cost if I wanted to consider a repair today. He blew out any leaves and loose dirt from my garage before leaving and also programmed my garage door opener into my car. I would be most happy to recommend Precision, and Kevin in particular, to family, friends and neighbors.

Mike F did a fantastic job. Very friendly and courteous. Same Day service. Went over all that was needing attention and gave me three different options to choose from. (door is 30 years old) Once diagnosed repair was done in less than an hour. He even blew all the leaves out of my garage when done!

I'm not sure how Precision Overhead Garage Door Service does it but they give great customer service continuously. I called them to repair my mom's garage door and it was handled within the hour. I had another company install her door and they came out and said "yes that's our sticker but I have no idea who installed your door." What does that even mean, honor your work and fix the issue. How sad and what lack of integrity. If you want your garage door done right the 1st time Precision is the company to select.

The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Hello Precision. James came to my home yesterday to determine the issue I was having with my garage door. He did his inspection and reported back to me with my immediate problem as well as some potential problems. Along with that, he offered solutions that I felt were very reasonable. Working with James was a very pleasant experience. I can't believe I spent more money than I had expected, purchasing everything except the door itself, but I felt like it was money well spent. Great job James! Also, I really appreciate James for taking the time to help me sync my Smartphone with my new garage door opener. You are definitely a 5 STAR!

EXTREMELY impressed with Precision's service. I called around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon when I found the cable mounts and springs had failed expecting to have to schedule a time for a visit later that week. Instead, they had a technician out by around 6:00 and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. The tech Precision sent out, James Vanderbur, is a top notch professional who went above and beyond to get the repairs made and to ensure the doors were properly adjusted and in top working order. I highly recommend Precision with no hesitation!

Broken spring on Friday. Got appt. set for Monday morning. Vladimir explained the problem with the 12 year old spring. We talked about replacing the other spring on the other door and he worked out a deal since I called in from Angie's List. All was smooth and completed within an hour or so. I recommend precision from customer service on phone to their technician working through completion of project with me. Were very professional.
