If I could give Precision 6 stars I would. I used them for the first time about 6 years ago when my old garage door died. They did an amazing job at a fair price to replace the entire door. Today I just had a tune up and things have not changed. Anfrew was on time, professional and pointed out some things that I will need to address fairly soon but there was NO high pressure sales pitch. Just excellent information. Sometime in the next couple of months I will use Precision again to do the work that was noted. I would recommend Precision without a single reservation!

Nick, Was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about what NEEDED to be done to our garage door. He was very patient and explained the parts and what each did so I could make the best choice in replacements of parts. I felt that he genuinely wanted me to be happy and comfartable with my choice. He also went the extra mile to help me program my code pad and car! Thank you and I'm very happy with the end result!

We did have an instance where they couldn’t get to our garage door springs to fix for several days but they said it’s not normally like that. They are always our first garage door people to reach out to.

Mike was our repair technician. He did a good job on everything from assessing our situation and giving us priced options to choose from to performing quality repair/tune up work on the garage door itself. He explained how the garage door should work when properly balanced. And since we did very little maintenance on our garage door for the 15 years we have owned the house our garage door was in much need of a tune up besides the repair he did. We took his recommendation of replacing the springs on the door since ours was worn out and could go at anytime. So he did a good job of explaining all this to us and gave us a few maintenance tips also. Our neighbor recommended this company to us and I also would have to recommend this company to now.

I had service performed on 2 doors that needed worn out parts replaced . The technician was very informative and explained all phases of the repair process . I had an unrelated issue ( not service or install related ) that was handled Very promptly and professionally with a very satisfied experience . This company does care about its customers . A few months ago I had my garage door basically rebuilt by Precision doors. Fast forward to today. My 30 year old door broke into two pieces. Precision Doors came out looked it over and quoted me a price of a new insulated door minus the monies I paid for the rebuild. I was blown away by the way they stood up for their customer satisfaction. They will always be my "first call" in the future.

Tyler G. came out to fix what I thought was a garage door opener problem, but turned out to be a broken garage door spring. He called in advance of our scheduled time and actually asked if he could come early, which I greatly appreciated. Tyler explained the 2 product options available to fix my problem and priced them both out for me. I opted to get the more expensive option because it had a lifetime warranty. I am very happy know that my garage doors will be operating safely and effectively for many years to come. Oh, I forgot to add....I called Precision Door Service at about 8:30 am this morning and had new springs on both my garage doors by 2 pm - same day! How's that for fast service! (Thank you, Tyler!)
