We were very pleased when we first had you come out for a major repair about a year ago. This time, a driver did some damage to the door channel and we needed you again. You committed to being here within a couple hours but even improved that when Eric became available. Eric was efficient, explained things thoroughly, and was very polite.

Tyler, was absolutely fabulous! Explained my options very clearly and made feel secure in my selection. He has a professional and respectful demeanor, yet is very cordial. After the installation, he went through a hands-on operating tutorial with me to make sure I understood everything my new opener and key pad would and wouldn't do. We also discussed what he had found during his overall inspection of my garage door. One item being that I was missing the bottom rubber seal. I am especially grateful for that because that was something I had wanted installed, but had forgotten to mentioned. Because of his inspection, he saved me from having to call Precision out a second time to have it put in. He installed it right then. Therefore, saving me time and money. Tyler is a great asset to your organization. That young man deserves a raise!

My only complaint would be the $80 estimate fee. I think it should be waived if you get the job and perform the work.

Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before). They saw the shotty job that was done and they fixed it it is like a whole new door, quiet. Nick was great, friendly, fast, knew what he was doing. Very happy with work and would highly recommend Precision
