I used Precision Doors because i had an Angie's List coupon. I have not had a favorable experience with other companies. As it turned out I need new installations which I suspected would need to happen. My technician Mike was outstanding. He was very professional in appearance and action.He was thorough and explained everything to me. I will have the installation later after the door comes in. I will use Precision Doors for any future needs.

They arrived pretty much on time. They did a good job figuring out the problem. Gave us a timely estimate and was able to fix it the same day. Chose Precision because of advertising online and that they serviced Martinsville. also because of reviews. Mike did an excellent job--quick and our garage door was just like new. Replaced springs, rollers cables and more.

mike came on time and called in advance. gave my garage door a 25 point tune up for 99.00 with new ball bearing rollers. im a sen ior citizen on fixed income. and a retired vet. mike showed me where my door could need service in the future. i have to see how money goes after i get my air conditioning serviced. garage door works great--very quiet with new rollers. will call you again when service is needed.

Really good service earlier this week. Our garage door spring had broken and Kevin was the tech who came out to fix it. He is very friendly and well-suited to his job. He looked things over, gave me a few options of what else could be repaired and what could wait, so that I could make the best decision for my budget. He didn't do any hard-sell which is appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the repairs were done! We will use this company and Kevin again in the future when needed.

We had an issue with the garage door not opening. Eric Gallenbeck was our technician. He was communicative regarding his arrival time, prompt and efficient. I also appreciated how well he explained and showed what repairs were needed (including the associated quote) prior to proceeding with repairs.
