If there were six (6) stars I would have given them 6! Fantastic service and on a Sunday, no additional charges for the weekend. Not only did Frank Stone, their tech, get my garage door operational, but he schooled me in how to use my new MyQ app on my phone, to operate my door from anywhere. He was on time and an absolute pleasure to work with, I highly recommend Precision.

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. Every time I have called they respond immediately. The customer service and professionalism is outstanding. They are honest and never try to up sell. Also, I want to thank Vladimir who just left after fixing our garage door. I would consider him a highly valuable asset to your organization. Thank you again for such a positive experience. Grafy

Eric Gellenbeck came to my house when my garage door quit working and my car was trapped inside. He found a broken spring and then inspected the rest of my door explaining everything he found. After presenting me with options, cost, etc. I decided to have them replace the door. Eric was very professional, honest and helped me decide the most cost effective way to correct the problem. He never tried to push me in any direction but offered guidance. Eric is fantastic and I am very grateful for him and the time he spent helping me. I will never use another garage door company. Precision is honest, does great work and has fantastic people working for them. They really do care about their customers!

I saw the positive reviews on your web site and was not disapointed. Mike was there early in the time slot and went over what was needed to get all of our doors in good working condition. He completed the entire job for 3 doors in one afternoon and made sure we were satisfied with the work. It was great!

After hearing a thunderous crash Saturday night apparently eminating from my laundry room and not being able to find anything in the house that caused such a noise I went to bed and never left the house the next day, About 10 AM on Monday morning I found the cause of the noise as the garage door would only open about 2 feet - the torsion spring had broken. Went immediately to Google search and found Precision at the top of the list. A call to them got me an appointment for 11-1 PM and by 1 something everything was fixed and I was free. Opted for complete overhaul and got great fast service - had almost all movable parts replaced (rollers, bearings, cable drums, cables and shaft). Now operates like a new door after about 25 years of previous use. Thanks.

I could not be happier with the whole process. I received 4 companies from Angie's list and called them all before choosing Precision. There was some confusion about the repair and the tech, James V. was awesome! In fact, I have put a note on the electronic bulletin board where I work recommending this company. I will always use Precision from now on, Thank you!

We had a great experience with Precision. Our technician, Kevin, was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He helped us set everything up with our vehicles and walked us through everything. He was extremely patient. We had a new garage door opener installed. Also he fixed the garage door. Definitely would recommend Precision (and Kevin).

I contacted Precision to have a new seal installed on my moms garage door. The technician, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection of the door and found issues that another garage door company did not find. He was honest and gave us his personal opinion when asked. After he repaired the door he had me try it out. I couldn’t believe the difference in the way the door looked and performed. Mike is a true magician! We are very satisfied with his work and will recommend both Mike and Precision to family and friends.
