I actually called to have a tuneup and new rollers for a special price. Eric explained to me I had some issues. He did a wonderful job doing the repair and explained in detail to me everything he did.

Josh was very nice and friendly and nice looking to boot! I trusted his judgment on what needed to be repaired. I understood what he said needed to be done and I think he was looking out for my best interest in regard to my garage door. I believe it was time for major repairs. Yes, I believe he did a good job. He’ll be back next week to finish the job. Communication from your office was excellent. I found you in the Yellow Pages and it said the service call would be free. I can only trust that your prices are fair and that you wouldn’t take advantage of your customers. And, if that’s the case, I would certainly recommend your services.

First of all the response time was incredible. My spring broke late at night and while I didn't need an immediate response they were still out at my house first thing in the morning at 8:00 AM. Kevin Ulery was our technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He conducted himself with the utmost professionalism the entire time he was here. Not only did he fix the broken spring but he inspected the rest of the door and diagnosed a few other problems. He was honest about the need for the repair by letting us know that it wasn't an immediate problem but that it would become one sooner rather than later. He also made a few adjustments to the opener to increase the effectiveness and overall life of the door and opener. On top of all that he swept out my entire garage leaving his workspace CLEANER than when he arrived. We are 1000% satisfied with Precision as a company and with Kevin as our technician. We will definitely be calling Precision and requesting Kevin with any future garage door needs.

was impressed the technician had all of the needed equipment to replace a broken opener and a broken spring bar with a much larger and better unit. no waiting for another appointment, technician arrived and stayed until work was done. he clearly explained several options which varied in cost and said I could even pick a combination that best suited our budget. all the pricing and services were explained upfront, and when the work was complete the bill was what i expected, no “extras” I usually dread having people over to do work, but this was good experience. Will recommend Precision and will use them again in the future.

I must say I was very impressed with Kevin, both as a technician and a delightful person. I felt as though I've known him all my life - that's just the way he makes you feel. I had multiple issues with the garage doors. Frank, the Service Tech was polite, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. The 20 year old doors needed rollers, springs, and several hinges. Frank also installed new openers as parts for the old system were near-impossible to find.
