Nick did a great job, professional and knows his stuff. Did not waste my time, got to it and was done when he said he would be. I really didn't want to spend the money on just a new set of springs, pulleys, rod and cables, but I knew the one that Garage Doors of Indy had installed 10 years ago, was a cheap model and had to be replaced. I had purchased an opener at Home Depot along with installation, they couldn't install it for almost a month. I was at the Indy Home Show and came across your company. Stacy was so helpful, He set up an install for the next day. The installer arrived on time, and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

My garage door opener would not operate and was making a loud noise. It is over 17 years old so I thought that I was going to need to replace it. Mike F arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem was the tension on the chain. He adjusted it and the opener worked again. He then removed the cover of the opener to inspect the plastic drive gear and showed me that it was almost worn out. I asked him to replace it to avoid another repair call. My opener is working good as new and I did not have to replace it. Thanks to Mike F for excellent service.

Nick did a terrific job fixing our garage door. He took the time to walk me through exactly what he was doing. He also showed me what needed to be done now and what could wait which was nice to hear but we took care of it all at once for the great warranty Precision offers. The way our garage door performs after the fix is outstanding. I highly recommend Precision for any future garage door issues.

Michael came to out home on time and proceeded to check out the problem and afterwards explained exactly what was happening and what work need to be done. As it turned out the problem was more in my head than in the door. He was very polite, made a minor adjustment to a spring and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with before packing up and going on to his next job. Eric came to my home to do a tuneup but primarily to sell me two remote openers and to program them for the opener. He discovered that the door and springs combination are inappropriate for the opener because the door is very heavy and the springs are almost non-existent and the combination causes the opener to work much harder than it is supposed to. I didn't like that news but I'm not hoping that it doesn't break down totally for a few months. Eric did just great in the frigid weather.
