I followed up with the Better Business Bureau and found Precision Door to be an accredited business with an A+ rating and an average of 5 start customer reviews. And it's no wonder! I called Saturday and the door opener was installed Monday! Great service...and Nick was professional, friendly, and did great work! The garage door opener is so quiet; I'm amazed and a very happy camper!! I would recommend this company to everyone I know!

I chose Precision based on my neighbor's recommendation. Your technician, Josh, arrived in the RESCHEDULED appointment window, very carefully explained the options and costs to replace the broken spring (or springs), and that he would make recommendations for any other needed maintenance. He was extremely pleasant and patient in answering my questions. He took it upon himself to speak to his boss about the scheduling problem that occurred (see below) and told me there would be NO CHARGE for the repair. Josh not only quickly replaced the springs (high end) but also adjusted the rod holding the springs and replaced the rollers. I was very impressed with Josh's professionalism, work, and recommendations for door self-maintenance. I will definitely call your company again if needed and recommend it (and especially Josh) to others! After a rocky start:- On the phone on 10/4 I was told my appt was on 10/5 between 8 to 10 AM but the email confirmation was for 8 - 10 PM which I failed to notice. When I called on 10/5 when a tech had not called or arrived by 10 AM, I was told of your scheduling mistake which made me very angry. I initially cancelled the repair but later rescheduled and am glad I did. See above.

Choose Precision, they have a local office in Fishers. Appointment was promptly scheduled that day, about 3 hours later. Kevin the technican called before scheduled time, was punctual and courteous. Explained issues and offered a few different solutions. Great experience, Precision is permanently in my Rolodex!

The only part good was our garage door. Everything else was worn out. Eric came out and replaced the springs, cables, rollers and adjusted everything. Now it works like new. Ask for Eric he does good work and is fast and to top it all off he doesn't pressure you into anything. He gave us several options and let us decide what we wanted.

5 stars rating We were extremely pleased with Nick Z and his work on our garage door. He installed a new motor, put in new springs and rollers and a new remote control system. Basically rebuilt the entire system in a very short period of time. It works beautifully. And it is now whisper quiet. He even repaired the door which had been making a terrible loud cracking noise. He is very skilled and very courteous and friendly as well. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his advice and skills. Thank you for excellent work!
