After calling in late on a Saturday morning, I was guessing that I would be waiting to have someone come out Monday. I was surprised when I was told they could get me in to fix my vastly unlevel garage door that afternoon. After about an hour, Nick had everything looking great and the door performed beautifully. The price was very reasonable as well for replacing the cables and doing a tune up on the entire system. Would definitely recommend.

A sensor board had burnt out due to power surges and my remote was no longer working. Josh phoned me to say he was on the way, arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable and replaced it in a short amount of time. He even offered to pull my car back into the garage for me. I have a steep incline and we had discussed my mobility problems being the reason I needed the garage door opener fixed so quickly. He was very thoughtful! Great service! Had to have a broken torsion spring replaced. I called around 11am and was scheduled for 4:00 the same day. Andrew called and said he was ahead of schedule so he could come a little earlier... he actually waited about 10 mins for me. Really good guy. Explained what he was going to do before hand, I was given options and aprox 1/2hr later, I was operating again. The door is balanced well and is quieter than its been in 10 yrs. I highly recommend!!!

Precision was prompt and properly repaired the door. Other serious issues were pointed out to us which we think it is in our best interest to replace both doors. I am looking forward to getting new insulated garage doors and the benefits we will received from having them.

Called Precision because I wanted to have my garage door serviced sinced I was experiencing closing problems due to a loose wire. The technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Normally I feel "fleeced" when any service representative makes recommendations for parts that will require future replacement. However, the technician explained and demonstrated why he recommended new springs.
