I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

I had my garage door repaired this morning by Mike. He was early for our appt, which was good. He was extremely polite and competent in diagnosing what the problem. It was a spring. I was expecting a large bill, but he told me since Precision overhauled our door, the springs were under warranty. Wow! What good news. Springs are fixed, door is purring like a kitten. Thank you Mike and Precision.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!

I had an issue with the rollers on our garage door track. I called Precision at around 3:30p.m. and they had someone to my house by 6:00p.m. the same day. I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail.
