My only complaint would be the $80 estimate fee. I think it should be waived if you get the job and perform the work.

I just loved my technician Eric he was very friendly and professional and took time to explain my new garage door opener to me which meant a lot, he did an AWESOME JOB, so glad I didn’t call that other place.

Greet company to deal with! Quick to get out for garage door repair, and the guys called when they were 15 minutes away from our place. They were polite, professional and explained and showed us what needed to be done, The work was performed quickly and when they left, you couldn’t tell they had ever been here as they left everything nice and clean. I would highly recommend them.

We had come out on 9/1/17 to fix garage door. It was very loud and rattled. Couldn’t find a god phone # to get them back so called Precision (had heard of them before). They saw the shotty job that was done and they fixed it it is like a whole new door, quiet. Nick was great, friendly, fast, knew what he was doing. Very happy with work and would highly recommend Precision

I called for a quote for a new garage door and Mike was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and very concerned with what I wanted. I never felt like it was more important to push his product or close a sale. He informed me on all options but spoke 95% just on what I said I was looking for. Michael did a wonderful job of installing new rollers and after inspection of my springs and cables suggested that the springs were not the right springs I had previously installed and pointed out a rusted cable. Appreciate the honesty!!

Tyler, was absolutely fabulous! Explained my options very clearly and made feel secure in my selection. He has a professional and respectful demeanor, yet is very cordial. After the installation, he went through a hands-on operating tutorial with me to make sure I understood everything my new opener and key pad would and wouldn't do. We also discussed what he had found during his overall inspection of my garage door. One item being that I was missing the bottom rubber seal. I am especially grateful for that because that was something I had wanted installed, but had forgotten to mentioned. Because of his inspection, he saved me from having to call Precision out a second time to have it put in. He installed it right then. Therefore, saving me time and money. Tyler is a great asset to your organization. That young man deserves a raise!
