The initial service was great fast friendly. They gave great options for my service and honest prices, the service technician was great . But it’s going to take 17 Days! to get my new door put in, I was told at repair a week to 10days tops If I would have known that I would’ve used someone else , very disappointed

Hello Precision. James came to my home yesterday to determine the issue I was having with my garage door. He did his inspection and reported back to me with my immediate problem as well as some potential problems. Along with that, he offered solutions that I felt were very reasonable. Working with James was a very pleasant experience. I can't believe I spent more money than I had expected, purchasing everything except the door itself, but I felt like it was money well spent. Great job James! Also, I really appreciate James for taking the time to help me sync my Smartphone with my new garage door opener. You are definitely a 5 STAR!

EXTREMELY impressed with Precision's service. I called around 5:00 on a Sunday afternoon when I found the cable mounts and springs had failed expecting to have to schedule a time for a visit later that week. Instead, they had a technician out by around 6:00 and had the repairs completed in a couple of hours. The tech Precision sent out, James Vanderbur, is a top notch professional who went above and beyond to get the repairs made and to ensure the doors were properly adjusted and in top working order. I highly recommend Precision with no hesitation!

Broken spring on Friday. Got appt. set for Monday morning. Vladimir explained the problem with the 12 year old spring. We talked about replacing the other spring on the other door and he worked out a deal since I called in from Angie's List. All was smooth and completed within an hour or so. I recommend precision from customer service on phone to their technician working through completion of project with me. Were very professional.

Eric arrived and was very personable and knowledgeable on the process. He clearly explained the defects on my garage door and gave me multiple options to choose from to have it repaired. He was an excellent technician. Repairs were quick and he made sure he tested everything before departure. I placed the contact sticker on the interior of the door as I will be calling Precision over any other company I've used so far. Very impressed with their service.

Amazing job. Turns out I needed a new motor. The guys did an amazing job cleaned up after them selves. Really nice and helped explain what what’s wrong after spending time looking at the motor figuring out it needs to be replaced not just repaired. I felt Ben was upfront and honest and after discussing the garage doors with him, I've decided that over the summer to get an insulated garage door from Precision. Service repair was quick and I am certainly NOT disappointed. He did provide me with estimates so that I am clear on the expenditures. Ben was great! Great company. Ben was half an hour early and called to see if that was okay. He had every option with him so I could choose exactly what I wanted. I opted for the top of the line opener with new springs. He did a thorough inspection of the door components and suggested options for replacement. He helped program everything and was done in about an hour and a half. Thanks so much.

Precision hasn't done me wrong yet. Had Eric before. Glad to have him again. He always done a great job. Garage door would not open all the way. He showed me what was going on with the pictures he had taken and it looked crummy. Replacement of the gears, door opener, and keypad on outside. Works better and is very quiet when opening and closing.
