Precision was able to come out a few hours after calling them. Andrew was very professional and courteous. He spent the time to educate me on different parts (torsion spring & bearings) of the door that needed to be replaced as well as what to keep an eye on in the future. This was a great experience from start to finish. I called in the morning and the operator told me he would send out Kevin between 12 and 3. Sure enough, at 12:30 Kevin called and arrived shortly thereafter. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or courteous technician. He inspected the door and the motor and confirmed my opinion that it needed to be replaced. He also showed me wear on my door mechanics that could potentially be a problem. We discussed a number of options and once I had decided what I wanted, he went right to work. When he finished, he not only went over the work and made sure I understood each part that was replaced and how it functioned, but he even swept the garage clean of the leaves that had blown in! I was very happy with his professionalism and his obvious attention to detail.

Tyler G. called and asked if he could come a little earlier than scheduled and I agreed. We discussed the problems I had been having with my garage door opener and what I had done in an effort to repair it. After some checking of the opener, he presented me with some options ranging from replacing the control board in the opener to completely replacing my 20 year old opener. he explained the different prices, what was included with each option, and the warranties of each option. I decided to replace the entire unit and he had a new unit installed in less than an hour. He then provided me with a tutorial of the new unit, programmed the unit with the new remote openers, and programmed the Home-link units in my two automobiles. He did not make a mess, cleaned up all of the packaging and old parts, and made sure I understood everything about the new opener. He was very polite, mature, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

Nick was very professorial and honest. I have been in the hardware/home center business for over 35 years. And sold many a garage door. So you can't buffalo me...I shopped around and got a quote from one company to replace one spring 300 to 400 dollars. I told the guy on the phone I cam go to home depot for 30 to 40 dollars for a spring. HE SAID NO WAY. Well yes way....I told him head ripping people off. Nick ending up getting 370.00 bucks. But he replaced many needed parts and did both springs. I am handy but won't mess with the danger of springs. Nick is a keeper! I will be back for my garage door repair needs that I can't do. Thanks again Nick! I would hire you!

Can't say enough positive things about Eric's capability and professionalism in fixing our garage doors! Not only was he able to fix/tune up all three of our doors, but the company in general is well organized and great at communication. I originally had another company come out to our home after our garage door spring broke. They left stating they'd get back to me but were unable to fix the door that day. After not hearing back from competitor, I called Precision feeling extremely frustrated and they were great all around. Don't bother calling anyone else!!

I had a wonderful service experience. The gentleman didn't try and up sell me when I explained how I use my garage door. He was able to repair the issue in under an hour for a reasonable service price. If I experience any issues in the future, this is the company I will call for repairs or replacement.

I called in to get a quote before i scheduled the repair. I was quoted $145 for spring and installation. My other half told him he wanted the $145 spring before he installed it as well. The tech put in a $240 spring, instead. Why? totaling 271.... What the hell.. Almost double.. Trying to get a refund for the over charge.. I'll write another review tomorrow, after Im able to talk to management about it. They were gone for the day at 4:22 pm, So I have to wait until tomorrow to hopefully resolve this.

We were very pleased with the service & fair price we were given with Precision. Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Even my husband was impressed! We called for a broken spring, and also had our rollers replaced. We would highly recommend Precision & will use them again if needed. My ONLY concern/advise was please call them directly rather than contact online. We had a bit of a hiccup and ended up calling a couple days later & therefore got serviced right away.

Precision door should be offering training to other small businesses on "How to Get it Right!" I managed to back into my partially opened garage door (Yes, I'll own it!) and called Precision immediately. In less than 25 min. Matt was on the scene to get the door operational and provide options on how to remedy/replace. He was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous. They will be installing a new door and I made a new note to self: "make sure you see the door is completely open before backing out!"

Over all I'm happy with the install.[detached garage] I did not like the fact it costs $80 for an estimate, you have no way to price shop. I hope POHD is competitive lol ! I will do a lot more research when I replace my house OHD and opener !

My garage door spring broke on Sunday. I was able to make contact with the company on Sunday and they scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. Kevin was the technician who arrived at the schedule time. He did an assessment on my garage door and explained the options I had. I did end up buying a new garage door but with no pressure from Kevin. Kevin did replace the spring and make some minimal repairs so I could use the door until my new one was installed. Kevin was A+

I was extremely pleased with Andrew. He came to my house to give me an estimate on two openers. He was thorough in his explanation of how one could be installed but would need some additional adjustments with regard to the track not being in place. I had an issue with my door where there was a large gap on one end when the door was closed. I called early in the afternoon, and a technician was able to come the same day. They replaced the cable on that side, and it was covered under warranty. I purchased the door from them in 1997. They also replaced the seal, and the repair took less than one hour. The technician was very personable and professional. I recommend them to anyone looking for a new door or door service.

We had a garage door spring break at our shop. Called them first thing this morning, they were able to set me an appointment window just a few hours away. Showed up on time. Corrected our issue in a timely manner and even gave us a little education on why it happened and improved our setup. Technician was great.
