We returned home from a trip to a broken spring and couldn’t get into our garage. It was late so I waited until morning to start the process of finding a reputable servicing company. I Googled garage door repair and was drawn to your website and reviews. I went to the chat box and within 5 minutes had an appointment scheduled for a 11:00 - 1:00 time window. Kevin, the technician, called by 11:00 and said he was on his way. Kevin was great, explaining everything and giving me options for the repair. Precision and Kevin get a 5 Star rating from this very satisfied customer for their quick and professional service!

Hi there, I am delighted with the service I have received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. My main spring broke on Monday afternoon. I called in at 4:50 PM. The Technician, Mike showed up early the next day by 11:00 AM! Unheard of response time! He did a full system check and educated me on my options. My door was fixed within 15 minutes! I can't get a light bulb changed faster than that! Thank you so much :)

Andrew and his trainee were just great. Very personable, knowledgeable, courteous, and above all clean. Now I have a workable door, whereas before it wasn't. I cannot say enough good things about the team that transformed my elderly garage door! They were able to save the original door and make it safe, quiet and functioning. I had called another company, they came out and told me the door could not be repaired and that I would need a new custom order door. While waiting for an estimate and two failed appointments with that company I called Precision. Precision was prompt and discussed maintaining the door as I live in a historic neighborhood. Keeping the door was not easy, they basically rebuilt the entire system. There was a small problem after the door was fixed and they were there that day and worked on the issue and I will never use anyone but Precision. The work performed was amazing and the repairmen were gentlemen and excellent technicians

I just paid $80 to have a technician come out, and clean the wires to the sensors because the garage door wouldn't close. Not sure if i am angry at myself for not being smart enough to think of that, or angry that I had to pay $80 for 5min of work. If it goes out again I will just buy a new opener, and install it myself for a little more money.

We had original service to our rental property garage door done January of 2018 and were pleased with the repairs and warranty. the tech was very professional and explained the work done. Then the door began acting up again the first part of June the tenant said and we again contacted for a service call that they did on June 13th with the service call fee of $80. The tenant said it worked well that day and then she was gone out of town and when she returned said it was doing the same thing again. I again contacted for follow up service and have an appointment with the tenant on Saturday the 23rd. Hopefully they do ot charge another service fee since has only been a few days since last serviced. We shall see. Thanks.

Called and was able to get a tech out the same day. Vladimir was able to even show up earlier than expected and did a great job on my garage door opener install. He was informative and walked me through everything, programmed and installed my keypad entry as well. He even noticed my double door was missing one of the torsion springs than another company failed to install when my door was installed. 5 star service!

Excellent service and courtesy. It cost more than we originally thought, but the door needed things than just the springs, given it's age. James explained things very well. Our dog liked him too.
