Vladimir was great in handling the issue I reported as well as providing me with recommendations, which I took him up on. He additionally led me to NOT electing a work item which he felt wasn't really needed. So, he came out and fixed what needed fixing, upsold me (the Overhaul Package), and saved me from spending money on something that was more for vanity and not needed functionality. While I didn't want to spend more money... I appreciated his knowledge and advice. He was in and out and everything works beautifully.

My garage door wouldn't open and close all the way -- I had to help it. It was crooked when it closed. The repairman (Tyler, I think) was great!! He fixed it and then we tested it. He told me I would soon have problems with the wheels and the drums so I had him go ahead and fix those as preventive is best in my book. He did a great job and had me up and running in about an hour or so. He was friendly and knowledgeable and my dogs liked him. My door was originally installed by Overhead Garage Door about 25 years ago and this was the first time I had any problems with t.

We were very pleased when we first had you come out for a major repair about a year ago. This time, a driver did some damage to the door channel and we needed you again. Tyler, was absolutely fabulous! Explained my options very clearly and made feel secure in my selection. He has a professional and respectful demeanor, yet is very cordial. After the installation, he went through a hands-on operating tutorial with me to make sure I understood everything my new opener and key pad would and wouldn't do. We also discussed what he had found during his overall inspection of my garage door. One item being that I was missing the bottom rubber seal. I am especially grateful for that because that was something I had wanted installed, but had forgotten to mentioned. Because of his inspection, he saved me from having to call Precision out a second time to have it put in. He installed it right then. Therefore, saving me time and money. Tyler is a great asset to your organization. That young man deserves a raise!
