We got up in the morning and found that we could not open the garage door since the spring was broken. Thus, we could not get the car out. I was pleasantly surprised that Precision was able to get to us the same day. Mike did a great job explaining the problem and getting the door working again.

Honestly, I had never heard of Precision until our garage door spring broke Easter morning. AND to top it off we are moving in a few days, so we needed fast service.
