I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have had when having any type of service done. This is the first time we have Precision Door Service. Eric truly demonstrated professional customer service. It was obvious from the time Eric walked in that he was all about the customer. I had several questions for Eric before he started working on replacing our spring. Eric took the time to answer and explain everything that I had questions on. This is what customer service is about. My experience with anyone that I use determines if I will use them again or not. Based on the customer service and the friendliness of Eric. They checked in with me at every step they found something I needed to be aware of and ask my permission before performing any work. Explain to me what it was and what I needed. After hearing a loud bang, and realizing my tension spring broke, I called Precision and set up a same day appointment. Our garage door was serviced and repair by Nick and he was extremely professional and helpful! He took the time to show me other issues in the door that may cause an issue further down the line and made the repairs. The garage door is a lot quieter and he even helped me program my existing keypad. I would definitely recommend Precision to any and everyone!
