The technician (Mike) was very attentive and knowledgeable and professional. So, excellent work by him. I did have an issue that the dispatcher that took my call seemed much less knowledgeable and that even though I stated that I had a door that was larger than normal with an 8-ft tall opening, she indicated that the special for 2-spring replacement was applicable to me and my situation. I had no idea that the springs covered by the special were inappropriate for my garage door until that was explained by your technician onsite. I felt that I was misled either intentionally or due to lack of knowledge by your sales rep.

I really appreciated the responsiveness of PD. We called around 5:00 pm and had an appointment set between 8-10 pm. The tech called with an estimated time of arrival. On time with that. There was a misunderstanding of the price quoted to us. I called PD and the call assistant indicated that a manager would call us first thing. While the tech was getting springs, he had contacted his manager and indicated they would honor the price quoted waiving the emergency fee. GREATLY APPRECIATED. Thanks!

I had my garage door repaired this morning by Mike. He was early for our appt, which was good. He was extremely polite and competent in diagnosing what the problem. It was a spring. I was expecting a large bill, but he told me since Precision overhauled our door, the springs were under warranty. Wow! What good news. Springs are fixed, door is purring like a kitten. Thank you Mike and Precision.

I was very happy with Precision Garage Door! They had Nick come out to my house the very day I called for help He was thorough in examining and explaining the condition of all of the parts of the garage door setup, problems I had, options, pricing. A spring had broken on our door just the day before, and Nick replaced the set of springs plus installed new "drones" (I believe, aka "wheels") and bearings, which were very old and wearing on the unit. I am absolutely satisfied thus far and would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. Also, Nick was professional, friendly, helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. Thank you very much for your quick help in this situation!!!

I had an issue with the rollers on our garage door track. I called Precision at around 3:30p.m. and they had someone to my house by 6:00p.m. the same day.
