I was very satisfied with the service tech that came out to fix the garage. His name was Justin and he was very nice and professional. He had to first fix the door springs as two had broken. He made the door work for a period of time while waiting on the new door to come in that I had ordered. The new door was put in on August 31, 2017 and it looks great. Thank you all so much for a great job well done. The only thing I need from your company is a receipt. Please email me a receipt or send me a hard copy in the mail. Andrew and his trainee were awesome. Assessed my situation, discussed options with me and we made a go forward decision. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a new opener system (though I did based on age of my equipment). They were professional and really seemed to have my best interests in mind. It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage when your big springs break. Precision was able to come out same day and fix all the issues, with thorough explanations and options for repair. Door runs smoothly and is MUCH quieter now! Great guys too, courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. I would definitely use them again.

James came out and did a wonderful job completely restoring our garage door. It is actually working better now than it did when it was new. I have better parts and a good warranty and James did a nice job explaining the options available to us.
