Where do I start? Well first setting up an appt was not only easy but very pleasant. Once appt was made I was contacted by the technician and kept informed thru the whole process of the repair. I knew there was a lot more wrong with the garage door over and above the broken spring and was not sold anything more than what was needed to bring the door back into working order. Will use them again.
