My double door had to have the rollers replaced. The company warranted the rollers at no cost, yet there was a service call charge. After speaking with the service manager, we had a very nice conversation he asked me what I thought was fair. We both agreed on splitting the service call. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Precision Garage Door. Eric rebuilt the existing garage door, replacing the rollers and springs. He also installed a new opener. Eric walked me through the process, showing me the problems with our door as he went. Our garage door is old and heavy, but after all the repairs were made, the door is almost silent and works flawlessly. I will recommend Precision to anyone I know that needs garage door repairs.
