I was very please with my overall experience with Precision in the purchase of replacement garage doors for my home. The staff members who came to my home for the initial consultation and installation were very professional, and were able to answer all my questions. The installer was on time and did an excellent job installing my new doors and cleaning up afterwards. I've had small problems with my garage door for years. Then yesterday it went completely off track, got crooked, bent one of the rails, and got stuck. Mike came and explained clearly what was causing the problems and gave me options for how thoroughly I wanted to get it fixed. The door and opener were in good shape, but the springs and moving parts were either shot or worn. I opted for the full overhaul, and now my door operates smoothly and much more quietly. After muddling through with a door that gave me various problems on a regular basis, I'm happy to have a door that really works as it should.
