Mike was our service guy and he did a great job and was very fast. Due to conditions (big snow day) it took 2 days for them to get out. Very professional website and customer service team. Mike was very polite and did an excellent job of letting me know options for the work. I would give Precision a 5 out 5 and will recommend you to friends. Great job.

He explained everything in full detail, not only to me but also to my fiance, and ensured that we understood and were happy with our choice (complete garage rebuild). Andrew was very courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done on top of the spring replacement. I totally appreciated him coming out so late on a Friday night.
