Joel cam first thing on Saturday morning and fixed my garage door. One of the springs had broken but when removing it he found other parts on the system were just about to break and he showed me these and explained it very clearly. As the system was installed in 1997 I was not surprised. He also showed me that it would be better value to replace those parts as a package with 30 year warranty than replacing each bit individually. this also meant that the cables and wheels were all replaced as part of the package I was very pleased with the service. he helped me replace the battery in the remote keypad also.

I called Precision Garage Doors because my door had come off the tracks. They sent over a tech quickly (Andrew). He was able to pop my garage door back onto its track quickly, but also explained to me why we were having the issue. Unlike a lot of service techs I've met, he didn't talk down to me or pressure me into buying more. He gave me the facts, explained everything, and thoroughly answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling Precision Garage Doors again if I have future garage door issues!
