My experience with Precision was excellent from the first phone call with Vicki then Chad to today's technician Mike. Mike arrived early (calling ahead and showing courteousness for a prompt arrival) then very professional in explaining what he would be doing down to future recommendations. Great experience! Fully explained everything to be done before service and again after service. Garage door works like a garage door should--and much quieter! Enjoyed the personal service, uniforms, and courtesy shown. Installed were: springs (2 on a double door, instead of just one), pulley lines (?), and another item (?). Josh was the technician. I will call them again--if needed.
