Troy was a super person and to be around and watch. He made his job look very easy and he showed me things about my door that will help make the door last a long time. My mom said the same thing because he did her garage door before he did mine. Thanks .

Troy,the tech that came to my house, was a super nice person and his quality of work was great. He made his job look super easy and he explain everything to me. He show me the other problems that I had and what it was doing, so I had him replace the springs, rollers, and some other thing. I feel he was very honest and professional. My wife and I was very pleased with him and his work. He was not forceful to sell these things, he just explained what was going on and made it easy for us to decide what to do. My wife and I were talking to each other and if anything goes wrong with our garage door we will request Troy to be the service man to come out. Thank you Troy and Precision Doors. We will tell anyone that needs a garage door about you guys.
