Was quite disappointed that the technician did not have the materials necessary to complete my repair. I hope this does not result in charging me a service call on return.
Hi Randy, Our apologies, your door was 18' and needed a longer bottom retainer(we only carry 16'). We never charge for a return visit based on need for a part that wasn't available. Joel Belyew

From the moment that I spoke with Marleen, then Brittany and finally having the pleasure of Mike perform the repairs, the service and kindness of the employees at Precision Garage were remarkable! They all provided answers to my questions and I was so impressed! Mike, it was a blessing to have met you and I thank you for your great work! All the best to you! I am pleased to refer this great team of service to all that I know here in Indy! Thank you!

Precision was very easy to work with. I called the office and received friendly, helpful advice. I ordered two new garage door openers. The company stayed in touch to let me know when the installer would be arriving; there was a delay but Precision offered options to help. Our technician was friendly, efficient, and made sure we knew how to operate our system. The belt drive opener is extremely quiet - we were very pleased!

Josh was very professional and friendly. He was the third specialist who came out to repair my garage door since it was installed. The first guy was not a professional at all. The second guy (well, there were 2 of them who came out to repair what the first guy messed up)was from a professional company who was out at my home for many hours a couple of times but still left undone work. I called Precision and was very impressed with everything. Josh explained everything and was absolutely fantastic. I only wish I had called you guys in the very beginning. I would have saved a great deal of time, headache and money. More importantly, I would not have been inconvenienced as much as I was. There's so many great things I can say about Josh but, it would take up entirely too much space. He is definitely an asset to your company and customers. Thanks Josh. I hope I didn't get on your nerves. If it's ok with you, I would gladly request you for any work I may need in the future.

Andrew came out and tried to repair my garage door that my wife backed into. He worked hard but alas it was a lost cause. I will be getting a new door from Precision and will give another report then.
