Technician did a wonderful job! He was very courteous! Front office who took the call did not listen properly. Spoke to Amanda & was offered $20 off. Apparently Precision did not install our garage door but failed to give me that info prior to visit.

Eric was great! Our owner really wanted to keep our old wooden garage door as it was an original in the building and we were able to do that with Eric's help. He repaired the garage door, glass and lots of other parts and installed a new garage door opener. The owner is really pleased.

Corey was on time, courteous, and did a good job explaining the several issues at hand. He walked me through the problems and offered solutions. He made adjustments to the faulty install from another company. I felt the price was very fair for amount of time he worked and corrections made. I would call this company again. Thanks!
