Dear Folks, Late last evening, our garage door spring gave up the ghost. Called Precision this morning and was greeted with a great big "Hello, this is Amanda, how can we help you!" I must say that she was pleasant, professional and very helpful. She said that Jeff would be out between 2 and 4. She finished the call with, "Thank you Mr. Clawson, have a nice day!" Well so far so good. Jeff arrived at the appointed time, gave the situation a once over and let me know up front all the options. After asking a few questions he started working on the door. Jeff is professional, well spoken and in speaking we found out we were both vets. He did a great job. He represented the company in a very positive light, and said he was proud to be a part of it. Overall, the entire experience was exceptional. It is a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect and to relate to others who treat you kindly. I wholeheartedly recommend this company! Thank you so much!

The technician was fantastic. He explained the problem, showed what my door parts should look like, what the problem was doing, and explained what could likely happen if I did nothing. He was not pushy, explained the facts and let me decide. I only gave 4 stars because the pricing seems high but the technician and his work is 5 stars. Oh also, his personal appearance and behavior were both professional, felt very safe letting him into my home.

The guarantees on the website caught my attention! I love the fact that if I contact Precision before 4:00pm that someone will repair my garage door the same day. Also, the guarantee to keep the same rate no matter what time or day it is, was a great selling tool. I would highly recommend Precision to friends & family. Josh did an AWESOME job!!!! I even learned a few things regarding my door in the process. He was professional, but yet friendly and easy to talk to. He has a great sense of humor! :) I needed new cables, 2 bottom rollers, a middle hinge, and pin in my rail. I am on borrowed time with the age of my door, but Josh was able to get my garage door functioning, so that I may save up for a new one. We both were a bit skeptical at first due to the condition of the door, but he worked it out and I appreciate the excellent skill & knowledge he displayed. When it is time for a new door, I will definately contact Precision and request Josh. Overall, I was totally satisfied from the time I spoke with the lady to set up the appointment until Josh pulled out his fancy Samsung tablet to email me an invoice & receipt! :) I was totally impressed by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! It is a great company and they care about their customers.

We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!
