Josh called shortly before his arrival. When he arrived, I had many questions and concerns regarding my garage doors. He was very patient with my many questions. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about the products and explained to me what could be done to solve my issues. He was not pushy, but was very helpful and explained things to me that encouraged me to make better aesthetic decisions. He also fixed my immediate issue (remote would not work). I am looking forward to the installation of my new doors.

I found your business through a Big Deal on Angie's List. Your staff replaced all the rollers on the garage door and inspected other aspects of the door. They found frayed cables that were replaced and for which I am grateful, otherwise it would have meant another visit later. Staff were cordial and informative. They recommended spring replacement but were not pushy when I declined for now. Overall a 5 and will use them in the future and recommend to my friends.

Looked them up in phone book. The first time they came out the gentleman was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He was here on time, for me that is a plus. There was a sticker left by my opener, so the next time I called and made an appointment for same day. They arrived thirty minutes early which was great, and even called first to make sure that was alright. They are a great company and will use them anytime for my garage door.
