The techs arrived on time and did a great job of explaining the issues with my current system and explaining the system they installed for me. The new system works great. Only negative was that I found a few staples on the floor after they left. They installed a new door opener, springs, repaired the tracks and lift bearings, and lubricated the door hinges.

Troy was on time, and got right to work installing our new garage door. He installed it very quickly and professionally and it looks and operates great! Troy also took the time to re-program our existing door opener and to explain to us how to re-program the door key pad. We are 100% happy with the sale and installation of our new door! So far so good. Josh and Chad were very patient with our questions. This was a major expense for us and our budget is very tight so we hope the work done today will prevent major expenses down the road. There is a huge difference in $210 and $614 though.

We had a problem with the sun making our garage door unable to close. Josh moved the sensors back so that the sun was not blocking them. He noticed that we needed to have new springs and also the barrings that pull the door up was causing the door not not open properly. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He noticed that the chain was loose and them fixed the problem causing it to be loose. I am glad that I found your company in the phone book.

Just had the door opener "tuned up". Jason, the technician, was very professional. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. This is my second time using Precision. Last time was two years ago. No problems with system since then. Prior to that another company was coming out quarterly to fix problems. The Precision techs know what they are doing. I will be a customer for a very long time. Thank You Precision

Had an opener that I bought installed. The technicians did a thorough inspection of the door and recommend some repairs to be made - they showed me what was wrong and let me make the call on doing them or not. The install went very smoothly, and the door works great. Could not ask for better service (I called on 5:30 Monday and had the guys there Tuesday at 8:30 pm, and this was not a Rush!). Thanks!
