I found your business through a Big Deal on Angie's List. Your staff replaced all the rollers on the garage door and inspected other aspects of the door. They found frayed cables that were replaced and for which I am grateful, otherwise it would have meant another visit later. Staff were cordial and informative. They recommended spring replacement but were not pushy when I declined for now. Overall a 5 and will use them in the future and recommend to my friends.

Looked them up in phone book. The first time they came out the gentleman was very nice and explained everything that needed to be done. He was here on time, for me that is a plus. There was a sticker left by my opener, so the next time I called and made an appointment for same day. They arrived thirty minutes early which was great, and even called first to make sure that was alright. They are a great company and will use them anytime for my garage door.

I'm so glad I bought the Big Deal on Angie's List for Precision to service our gargage door. I knew it had not been serviced for the 10 years we have lived there and it was getting pretty loud and labored. Corey did a fantastic job of explaining how everything worked and what he found as he went through his inspection. He gave very reasonable options for repairs and maintenance which we took advantage of. It is working like new now and we are extremely pleased with the results.
