Andrew was very courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done on top of the spring replacement. I totally appreciated him coming out so late on a Friday night. I will be honest, you were not my first choice (had used another company in the past). I called them and it wasn't until Monday before they could get to me. You just earned my business and I will definitely pass your info on to friends and my FaceBook contacts (all 550 of them!!). Thanks!!

Jeff was a joy to work with. He was very friendly and immediately got down to work. He walked me through the options I had, and afterwards explained to me how everything worked. More importantly, I didn't feel pressured to go with any options I couldn't afford. I was very pleased with this quick and easy service call.

Josh was professional and friendly. Arrived during the prearranged time frame and completed the job within 2 hours. I didn't expect to buy a new garage door opener but the old one was AT LEAST 17 yrs old and Josh explained why it couldn't be repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door/opener repair or replacement.

My experience with Precision was excellent from the first phone call with Vicki then Chad to today's technician Mike. Mike arrived early (calling ahead and showing courteousness for a prompt arrival) then very professional in explaining what he would be doing down to future recommendations. I would use Precision again should the need arise and give them 5-Stars for customer satisfaction. Thank you Precision! A well satisfied new customer, Rebecca.
