I am very impressed with your customer service! Our garage door was fixed within 24 hours. Our service started with a cheerful, friendly woman who quickly set up an appointment for us. We then received a helpful email letting us know who we could expect to see as our technician. It was comforting to know who to expect at our door and to know all Precision technicians have a green truck and wear certain Precision clothing. Andrew was our technician; he was very friendly and flexible as I was running a few minutes behind. He tested many different options to make sure our door was properly fixed. He then explained what was wrong with the door and made sure to answer all of my questions. Andrew was professional and great at what he does! I appreciate the friendliness, effectiveness, and promptness of Precision Garage Door and we will definitely use you when it is time to completely replace our door!
