We called on a Sunday evening around 7pm when we discovered that the spring had broken on our garage door. We set an appointment for between 10pm-12am that evening. Josh called back promptly and said he could be there in 5 minutes. He did a great job of explaining the service and options. He was able to not only replace the springs, but re-build the entire mechanism in about an hour. He was professional and really provided some peace of mind for a stressful situation. My kudos to Josh and Precision!

Aaron was very polite, professional & patient. He gave a courtesy call to inform he was on his way & arrived within the time frame he had mentioned. One of the things that stood out about his personality was how easy going he is & how he was willing to take a minute of his time to carry a conversation with our two little kids. The answering service was very polite and promptly scheduled my repair in less than 24 hours. I had immediate email confirmation. The technician called before arriving. He was very professional. He demonstrated to me how everything works and showed me the worn and broken parts. He repaired everything and made sure I had no questions before he left.
