I choose your company from a recommendation that our neighbor gave to us when they had their door replaced just a few weeks ago. I live in Richmond Hill on the southside of Indianapolis. I remembered what the Maples had said about your service. So I called. The service rep that came out was on time and answered all of my questions. I hope that the install goes just as well. The service rep was Joe his name was not in the list below.

The service work was fine, but I was told someone would be at my house between 4 pm and 6 pm. I got a phone call from the service tech at 5:30 pm advising he would be there in 30 minutes. They didn't arrive until almost 6:15 pm. I left my work at 3 pm to be at my house at 4 pm. I would much rather get a phone call from somone telling my they were heading to my house instead of waiting a someone to show up and not knowing when they will arrive. Again, the service that was performed was great.....

Precision was quick and prompt when my garage door would not close. The technician, Corey, was polite, very knowledgeable,and friendly. He worked with efficiency in finding out the problem. He offered advice on our system. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. I will certainly use Precision again and I will request Corey because I felt he was really a specialist in his chosen field.

The technician ( I don't see him name on list) was great. I was a little leary about the late appointment time, but given the circumstances, we had to get our garage door fixed. He came in analyzed the problem, explained what was wrong, quoted the price and fixed the problem in a short time. Great Job! Thank you Precision for the prompt and great customer service.
