Made a call at 9pm stating garage spring was broken and I could not get cars out to go to work in the morning. Aaron said he would be there in 30 min. He arrived fixed the problem, inspected for suggested maintenance all in 45 min. Calling them back in March to do the suggested maintenance. Friendly, prompt and informative. Was suggested by a friends through a blast on Facebook. Thanks so much. Oh by the way the price was right.

I saw an ad in Angie's List and saw the coupon. I called other places and Precision Door had the best rate. I was very happy with Eric for fixing the door before I had to leave for work and for an extra perk he put a brace on the door where I had run into it not once , not twice, but three times! This was the second time we used Precision to service our garage doors. The technician arrived on time, calling first to let me know he was coming. He was exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and professional. He checked on some concerns we had about our garage door openers, lubricated the tracks, and made sure the doors were working properly. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
