Tony from Precision Garage Door came to our home and did an extensive examination of our very old and very large garage door. He oiled all the rollers and the hinges and examined and cleaned the operator. He also furnished and programmed two remotes that now work perfectly. He also worked up a very detailed quote to replace the old large garage door and replace a barn doon with a garage door. Tony is the most professional, helpful, and friendly, service individual that we have had to our recently purchased 100-year-old home. Thank you, Precision Garage Door!

Repairman Brandon was polite, professional, understood my situation, and came up with a solution wherein I could have my garage fixed the same day. Brandon even blew all the leaves out of my garage. Five stars is not enough for Brandon. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

In less than 24 hours went from broken door to better than new. Eric G was fantastic called before the appointment to work out arrival time, explained everything right and wrong with my door then had it all wrapped up the same night. I received a text and phone call that Tony was on his way and got here at the specified time. After examination, Tony was very thorough on the condition of the garage door and the mechanics of it. Tony explained how all the parts need to function properly to have the door operate without undo stress on it and the opener. Very satisfied with Tony, his work and answering my questions during then repair.

From my initial phone call to set up an appointment to the finalization of the repairs I was met with friendly and professional people. Of particular note was Stuart, the technician who was sent. He provided me with three options and thoroughly explained each aspect. He was very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions in a friendly and patient way. Plus, he did an excellent job on the repairs and replacements. Both Stuart and the company are great!

Great communication and work by Colin the Technician. Like everything about the experience except a $23 fuel charge?? Gasoline costs have been greatly reduced but companies keep sneaking in this additional cost. Second time I have used Precision. Happy with their work both times and will use again when needed.

I have been without a working garage door for almost a year, my husband was sure Precision didn't service in Crawfordsville but I called the 800 number anyway. They set an appointment for Friday of that week. Low and behold on Friday they set me a text as to who would be coming to service our garage door and about a half hour before our appointment Marquis called me because he couldn't get anyone to answer the house phone. He told me he was 10 minutes out and would be there shortly. I was about a half hour behind him, but my husband was home. When I arrived home Marquis was hard at work on the door. About an hour after I got there he was completely done and I had a working garage door with no problems at all My husband and I are very pleased with the work done and would recommend Precision and especially Marquis to anyone

An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. I appreciate all his help and will definately utilize and/or refer this company in the future.
