Colin from Precision Garage Doors arrived at my home to do a pre-winter inspection on my double garage door and single garage door scheduling an appointment last week. After inspecting the garage doors Colin showed me a couple things on the doors that should be replaced now and a few things that will need replaced in the future. The most important item was the spring on the single door that could cause wear on my opener. I approved to have the single door spring replaced and appreciated Colin making his recommendations with valuable information and not as a pushy sales person I have experienced with other garage door companies. I had Colin add Precision Garage Door stickers on my doors handy for my wife to call if needed with further garage door issues. The office staff Angie and others were pleasant to work with and kept me updated when Colin was on his way for my appointment. I have used Precision for several years now. My first experience was when I wanted an insulated garage door. I expected to also replace the opener. However, the technician told me that I did not need to do that which showed honesty. I have since had the opener replaced and use them each year to do a tune up on the door to keep it in top shape.

Precision Garage Doors has been our "go to" company for the past several years... After a lot of delays and high prices from several other door companies, we finally called Precision! They came out and had us up and running the same day!!! (while still waiting on parts from another company which never came in for several weeks later!!) We have over a dozen commercial size garage doors and they never fail to have or get the parts necessary to complete the job in a timely manner. In addition, we love the way they always notify us as to who is coming and a brief description of the technician. They are definitely a 5 star company!! and very reasonably priced.
