I called to get a quote for a new garage door and your representative, Analisa was at my home in three hours. Analisa Answered all our questions and measured the door for the quotation and presented us with the cost for the door and the opener in about one hour. We agreed with the quotation and she said that the work would be able to be done the next day. We said that would be great Signed all the paperwork and we'll be getting our door to following day. This was without a doubt the best contractor experience That I have ever had in my life. If the insulation goes as well as getting in the quote there is no question That I would recommend precision for your garage door needs.

We have an old, very heavy door that has required some repairs over the years. We had used Precision at least twice in the recent past. This last episode was caused by a cable slipping off the worn attachemnt post on the edge of the door. There were a few additional casualties because of the falling door that needed to be replaced. Kevin, the technician, came early on Monday morning and set about surveying the situation and gave us a list of the items we would need to put the door into very good working order. We let him do his work and within a very reasonable time, he was finished. The door runs as it's supposed to and quietly. Kevin did a fantastic job!!

We have only excellent comments on our experience with Precision. Our garage door wouldn’t stay down so we called Precision. The repairman, Nick, arrived in the time designated. He was extremely knowledgeable in explaining the situation and what needed to be done. We agreed and Nick and his trainee went ahead and completed the job very efficiently. Nick and the other repair technician were punctual, professional and courteous. They described the repair process and priced out my options clearly. Although there was an attempt to upsell some optional upgrades, they answered all my questions that allowed me to make an appropriate decision without any pressure. They had all the needed parts on the truck to finish the job quickly. Also booking the appointment was fast and convenient to my schedule. The lady took all relevant info up front so repair techs were prepared. Very excellent service.

Called for service on a broken spring Thursday afternoon and got scheduled for first thing Friday morning. Josh showed up on time and assessed the door, we discussed options and once I made a decision, Josh got to work. He replaced the broken spring and a few other worn parts as we agreed and was all done it about 2 hours. Have been using Precision for a few years as our primary garage door vendor, never disappointed. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Tony was on time, very personable and efficient. Initially, we intended just to add a remote opener. But after showing the wear on our original (1980s) parts, Tony made suggestions for improvements that I believe add value to our home. I was searching for a company with positive reviews when I came across Precision among the top results on Google. I called, and the representative I spoke with was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t home for the service, but my partner was and mentioned that our technician, Josh B., was both professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what needed fixing and what might require replacement in the future. The service was quick, and we had no idea how much work our garage needed, but Josh completed everything in just an hour on the same day! We truly appreciate the excellent service!

I had an awful experience last year with another garage door company but found Precision had great reviews. They had a Saturday appointment available that worked with my work schedule. Teddy Forman was my service technician and he and Eric did a wonderful job. They were compassionate about my last experience and worked hard to ensure this time my experience would be good! Night and Day! They were professional and efficient and did quality work for a more than reasonable price. They left their work space clean and were so friendly and my result was great. I highly recommend this company!

I came home on a Sunday night to find that my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. I called Garage Door Service that evening and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the very next day — super responsive! Nick and his apprentice handled the repair and were both incredibly friendly, professional, and informative throughout the process. They not only fixed the broken spring but also recommended a few additional repairs that made sense, including replacing my garage keypad, which hadn’t worked in years. The service was top-notch, and the pricing felt very reasonable. What impressed me most was what happened afterward: Nick called me after the job to let me know they had mistakenly installed the wrong springs (a lower-grade version) and offered to return first thing the next morning to replace them with the correct ones — which he did. Mistakes happen, but owning up to them and making it right without being prompted says a lot about their integrity. Many companies wouldn’t have gone that extra mile. I really can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from Nick — dependable, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.
