Booked appointment on line with no problem. Technician arrived on time, diagnosed problem quickly and did a good job making the necessary repair in a timely manner. A little expensive, but so is everything else these days. Will definitely use again for any future repair needs.

1. NO 2. NO 3. OK 4. NO Told me my 2 yr. old door was not made any more and wanted to upsell a new door and wanted over $5,000.00 for a new door opener Charged $188.00 for nothing. Will not ever call them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

Found Precision online with good star ratings. Checked BBB and they are A+ rating. They came out same day when my garage door spring snapped. Andrew is Extremely nice and personable. Gave me all the facts on all items that were in poor condition and went over all the costs of the choices. My Garage Door has never worked this well since we moved here and I thank them for the fast and professional service to repair my door. Highly Recommend Precision.

We were very pleased with our experience! Drew was exceptional as well as the gentleman he was training. I’m sorry I can’t recall his name, but they were both awesome!
