I sent a review after Kole serviced my garage door but forgot to put in a very important detail, he saved me over$1700. He was having a horrible time with trying to get my phone app and garage door to connect. This process including a phone call to the manufacturer took 2 hrs . This young man was amazing. I had a spring on my garage door snap at 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I thought I would have to wait until Monday to have someone come out and repair the door. I was surprised when a technician could come out between 3 & 6 that same afternoon! Kevin was our technician and he was very professional an walked through all our option. He let us know what HAD to be done to keep us safe and what COULD be done to prevent further issues. There was no sales pressure at all - he went through each option and we came up with the best solution for our situation. I am VERY pleased with the experience from the person answering the phone to final finished repair. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who is in need of a repair.

We had a cable cord break on our garage door about 2:00 on Friday afternoon. I called two local companies and neither one could get to me until Monday. I Googled Emergency Garage Door Repair and Precision Garage Door popped up. I called them and I had a service technician at my home 15 minutes later. The technician (Brock)was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. He repaired the cable and recommended a couple of other things be replaced but he wasn’t pushy at all. I was extremely happy with the quick and efficient service the Precision Garage Door provided. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I've never lived in a house with a garage before, and I'm so happy I went with Precision when I moved to Indianapolis. I love how straightforward they are, from getting a quote from Analisa for the install to getting an honest update on how my door is holding up (perfectly!) during my routine maintenance call with Mike F. Our garage is right outside our bedroom, and just like that one commercial, we are fascinated by how quiet the motor is, and I love how easy it was to pair my car's HomeLink. Plus, everyone has been very respectful of our time and property.

I never had to work on a garage door before, so I threw the dice and reached out to Precision. This was a true 5-star experience. You first get a message giving you some real info about your technician, so it isn't like meeting a stranger. Then Eric G came and saved me. The previous owner destroyed the garage by installing the door with no stud. He masterfully fixed everything, and you wouldn't even know he had to cut into it. The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have my business when it comes to garage door maintenance and installs from now on.

We realize we need to replace the overhead door but were not prepared to do that at this time,so he came up with a solution to repair it and the price was very fair. Had heard great things about Precision and seen the commercial a few times. So when our door went out they were my first call. Joey was able to come out within a day and walked me through the inspection, what caused it, what new parts and repairs could help with, and even showed multiple variations of options. Then he installed it that morning and walked me through everything. Super awesome guy, knowledgeable, friendly, and exudes hard work. I would definitely recommend Precision, and specifically Joey to any friends and family that end up having garage door trouble.
