I chose Precision because of the recommendations on my neighborhood Facebook page, and am glad I did. We had a technician, Ty, come out on a Sunday morning. I thought for sure our garage door was unfixable, but sure enough Ty had us back in business! Ty explained everything he would be doing and showed us what parts needed replaced. The price was also less than I anticipated spending on my garage door mishap. We will definitely be using Precision when we need to replace our door.

I chose Precision because I had them come out about 20yrs ago and they did a great job on my garage door. I had them over today and again the service man was great just like the one 20yrs ago was he got the job done very fast and he explained everything I needed too know about my door and gave me prices on the work that might need to be done in the future. The man I had out today was one of the best service people I have ever had his name was Ben H. he was very good. I will be calling again if I need to and will tell people about Precision. One other thing I would like to thank you for is your fast service to take care of my problem.The lady that took care of my call was very good too.

Great experience from the start. Communication was excellent from the schedulers and the technician. Made suggestions on what could be replaced / made better... but no pressure at all. Our neighbor recommended Precision after he saw us trying to manually open the door. I called at 7:27pm (3 minutes before close), spoke to Scott who was able to schedule me for the next morning. Brandon showed up after calling. He went over my options after doing a full inspection on both doors. I was only able to do the major repairs on our double door, though he did let me know the spring on the single door was old and could possibly break (but $$ couldn't do). I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone!

I have use Presicion Garage Door before and I like the service that they will do. I had problems with my phone app using the garage door opening and closing. So Joe came and took care of it and beyond. I asked for another clipped remote control and also he reprogram all that need to be done. So now I have clipped remotes, phone remote and in vehicles remote. All working great for now. Thanks so much for doing this.

He exceeded my expectations. Customer Service was outstanding. He introduced himself, was courteous, patient and most of all listened to my concerns. I found Precision on a google search. Orlando came to my house and thoroughly explained everything, and made the necessary repairs under the time he quoted. I'm an old mechanic by trade, upon inspection of the old parts, it was exactly as he stated. He made repairs to the springs, replaced bearings that were trashed, and quoted me a reasonable price. He was here and gone in less time than I expected. This is a classy act. Maybe the classiest repair company I have ever ran across. I would recommend Precision in a heartbeat, and will be calling them next time I need service. Thanks again for a job well done.

Oh we definitely swiped right for Colin 100% We weren't sure if we signed up for a date or a repair with the confirmation text we got lol. Colin was excellent all the way around. We had a broken spring that needed replaced for sure but he also informed us of all the other issues we had that we did not know about. He was not a "salesman" about it just fully informative or what parts were weak and was not pushy about a sale other than what we originally called for. Very professional while also able to laugh and be personable at the same time while also saving us a little money as well. Highly recommend Colin for any service you need. He still didn't give a clear answer if we were goin kayaking together or not after the service was completed but we have high hopes still. 10/10 still recommend company and Colin with one "L"

We called to have someone come install a new garage door opener after spending too much time trying ourselves. Precision Garage Door placed a new door opener, springs, rollers and some minor adjustments in November 2024. Over the weekend we had a code appear on our panel spect 8:07am on October 20, we call their office. The young lady that took our call was very prompt and polite and in just minutes she set an appointment for a technician to arrive at our home between 9-10am. At 8:37am we received a voice mail from Stuart letting us know he was on his way and would arrive shortly after 9am. At 9:10am Stuart was at our door and in minutes ha had diagnosed the issue. Stuart was very thorough in telling us what the issue was, explaining the why and wherefore and even gave us instructions as to how to fix this problem were to happen again. It too Stuart no more than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. Stuart was prompt, polite and very professional. Precision Garage Door has proven to be a very customer centric company, with great people up and down the line. Would highly recommend this company for any and all garage door needs.

I called Precision after I backed my car into my garage door. The door wouldn’t close, so I called Precision at 4 pm this past Saturday for help. Ten minutes after I called, a technician called and was at my house 45 minutes later. Within an hour and during a rainstorm, the tech repaired and reset the door. Super service.
