I have been without a working garage door for almost a year, my husband was sure Precision didn't service in Crawfordsville but I called the 800 number anyway. They set an appointment for Friday of that week. Low and behold on Friday they set me a text as to who would be coming to service our garage door and about a half hour before our appointment Marquis called me because he couldn't get anyone to answer the house phone. He told me he was 10 minutes out and would be there shortly. I was about a half hour behind him, but my husband was home. When I arrived home Marquis was hard at work on the door. About an hour after I got there he was completely done and I had a working garage door with no problems at all My husband and I are very pleased with the work done and would recommend Precision and especially Marquis to anyone

An excellent experience to get my garage door repaired. It was easy to schedule an appointment thriugh your website. I was called before my estimated appointment time to be advised that my technician's previous job was running over and they would be late. Ty, my technician was courtious, knowledgeable and thorough doing an extensive safety check and explaining what he found. He was detailed in his explanation of the issue and my options from a-z. When he finished the worked he walked me a detailed invantory of what he had done and asked if I had any questions. He was very cordial and just a real nice guy. I appreciate all his help and will definately utilize and/or refer this company in the future.

Colin from Precision Garage Doors arrived at my home to do a pre-winter inspection on my double garage door and single garage door scheduling an appointment last week. After inspecting the garage doors Colin showed me a couple things on the doors that should be replaced now and a few things that will need replaced in the future. The most important item was the spring on the single door that could cause wear on my opener. I approved to have the single door spring replaced and appreciated Colin making his recommendations with valuable information and not as a pushy sales person I have experienced with other garage door companies. I had Colin add Precision Garage Door stickers on my doors handy for my wife to call if needed with further garage door issues. I have used Precision for several years now. My first experience was when I wanted an insulated garage door. I expected to also replace the opener.
