I am glad you ask. I had an appointment today 10/17/25 from 10-12, to get an estimate on a new insulated garage door and opener. I was really disappointed that no one showed up or called to say why. Needless to say I will not be using your company to purchase a new garage door and opener. The drop for service performed should have n/a. I had to select something from the dropdown but nothing applied to the service performed today.

I called Precision Garage Door Service of Indianapolis this morning after one of the springs broke when I was trying to leave for work at 8:00 AM. I called for service and Stuart arrived at 9:30 and evaluated the situation and completed all the repair/replacement work by noon. Stuart was very knowledgeable and professional!
