My name is Carl Barnett. Recently had a full equipment replacement for my garage. Technician is Kole S. I am writing this review based on the service he provided on my repairs. I want to commend him on his professionalism in, and expertise he displayed during the repairs he performed. What I really appreciated was the fact that he ensured to keep me informed on the progress of the service he was providing. From the very beginning to the end of the job, he kept me updated of his progress, let me know if there was any additional issues I should be aware of, and recommended and offered options to any additional work may arise in the future. Kole took the time to ensure I was informed on how the new equipment worked and even took the time to assist me in setting up the app on my phone to operate the opener remotely. Kole gave me a approximate time that the work was going to be completed, he took a little while longer but it was understandable due to finding other issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, I am very impressed with this young man's work and professionalism. Please inform him of the appreciation I have for his job well done. He gave me a QR code to send a review of his service, but I wanted to address it personally. Very satisfied, and to let you know that your company was well represented that day. Well done Kole, you are the man. Thanks again!

Kole Sizemore, a very nice young man, just left after installing a new garage door opener and new springs. Joey was the BEST! He was so thorough, professional, and friendly. He arrived quickly, spent extra explaining the problem and our options. Joey also showed us everything he had worked on, and made sure we were satisfied. He also gave us advice for any future concerns and explained the warranty. Tony and Zeke absolutely amazing. I really appreciate the fact that 20 minutes after I called in an emergency situation Tony was at the my house assessing the situation and taking care of business. I also appreciate Zeke for coming out and giving Tony a hand. My garage door was a mess. And they had it fixed in no time.

The service we received from Drew definitely deserves a 5 star rating. He quickly identified the problem with our garage door and made the repair. He also took the initiative to retape and tuck away the wire and coil that had pulled away from the wall… now it looks much nicer and professionally done. Drew noticed a couple items that could potentially cause future issues, with no pressure to make the repair, however, I did ask that he go ahead and fix those potential problems. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service from my experience with them today. My spring broke on Saturday, and I left a message with the previous company I had used before. On Sunday I went to the Precision website and looked at the reviews, the bio on their service techs, and the videos on overhead door repairs. After that, I made an appointment online that was very easy to do to get someone out first thing Monday. Nick Z. showed up during the time window I picked. Nick was very professional, inspected my doors and provided a no pressure estimate on different options. While replacing the broken spring I had looked at my other doors and he showed me how the spring on the other door that was replaced was undersize and how it was over tightened to make it work. My doors are 35 years old with the original rollers and bearings. Per Nick the doors were fine, and I ended up approving to install new springs, bearings and rollers on both doors. The doors are super quiet now. Go with Precision Garage Door Service for your service needs. Fyi, he has been 48 hours now and I yet to hear from my old original overhead door company.

My neighbor gave me Precision's number b/c they repaired their garage door a few years ago. Precision had very quick service times available and they sent Zeke to my rescue! He was very, very nice and oh-so helpful! He looked over everything and explained what he found. He made sure I understood what he was explaining and never made me feel rushed when I was asking questions. He also never made me feel pressured into replacing anything with my opener. He gave me many options to choose from. Out of 5 starts, I give Zeke 10!! And Precious and their services!
