My garage door broke yesterday. Precision was out to fix it within 24 hours. I have a degree in engineering, so I can tell you that my technician, Royal, offered an accurate explanation of what went mechanically wrong and what needed to be replaced. I've come across technicians from other companies who provide biased recommendations because they repeat the script offered to them. Not so here. Just honest facts. And I got options to decide from ranging in price, all of which would have fixed the problem but some which would increase up-front cost for lower future costs. Royal was extremely professional and courteous. I really want to stress that because for me, the quality of the technician makes a huge difference. If he's any indication of the kind of technicians that work at Precision, you will get someone with a great knowledge of the product and strong core values (family, honesty).

Owen F. was very helpful and really did right by me and my family. I trust his opinion on my garage door issues and he did everything in his power to get my problem fixed quickly and easily. That being said I now have a working garage door with a shiny new sticker on it! Thanks to the team at Precision and Owen F. especially for being a GREAT representative of the company. Josh was great. He started by checking to see if he could fix my current opener and then explained my options. Once I decided to get a new opener he had it installed and ready for use in about an hour. Finally he took the time to walk me through the features and app which was great. This is the second time I have used Precision and will do so again in the future.

Called them on Saturday at 3 - RJ was here in a hour! Amazing service and a very nice knowledgeable young man. Quick fix and said if I had any other problems call back and they would replace unit. Precision Door offers fair prices and amazing service! Oh yeah - no charge for visit. I had them replace everything 1 1/2 years ago and they stand by their work.

RJ quickly evaluated the issues with my garage door opener and offered options for replacement (because it was an old model not easily repaired) and then quickly went to work. I had a working garage door opener in about 2 hours! He also helped me program remotes for it. Very kind and helpful!

Technician Jarad took the time to explain the issues with our door, the several options we had available for repair, and then made the repairs based on our decisions. When the work was completed, he operated the door several times to make sure everything was working properly, then gave us a quote on a motor replacement when that becomes necessary. He was polite, professional, and friendly. We would use Precision again.

On August 20, 2024 Cole was next door to our home working on the neighbor's garage doors. I went over to him and asked him if he would come look at my door. He gave me a number to call the office and get us put on his schedule. Cole came over and gave us information regarding our door. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional in taking his time to explain everything to us. He gave us many options for an opener and time frame in which he could do the work. Precision installed our garage door some years ago and we have always been pleased with the service. Spring broke on a holiday weekend. I was expecting it to be Tuesday before someone could come out. Teddy was out bright and early the next day (Sunday). I was glad to have options based on how much door is used. Once again very pleased with the quality of work and great customer service. I would highly recommend.

Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was Outstanding. The service technician, Austin, did a great job explaining the issues cauing our door to make loud noises as it opened. Before Austin arrived, I thought we needed a new door however, Austin was able to fix the issue timely and efficiently without installing new door. We purchased hinges, rollers, cables and other items that were obviously needed. He also performed maintenace on the door. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door Service to anyone that requires door services. I am extremely satisfied. Thanks

Service was superb. management is marginal. Major rebuild of the entire door system. The ridiculous product list below is silly; about every part listed was needed. But The reason for the low rating is that i paid Austin almost $2,500 with a check so you don't have to pay American Express. He has my business card with phone and email. AS OF TODAY neither Monica nor I have received a copy of the detailed invoice nor a receipt. THAT IS POOR MANAGEMENT

My garage door broke and was unsecured. Precision was able to respond quickly and carefully accessed entire system and was able to fix problem quickly at a reasonable cost. Owen was my Technician and he was so very friendly, kind, patient, trustworthy and thorough. If I have issues down the road I plan to call Precision again for my garage door needs.
