I recently contacted Precision to repair the torsion spring on our garage door. Their online scheduling service made it easy to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. The technician, Isaac W., was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain the problem with my door and offered a reasonable solution. The repair was completed quickly, and my garage door is working great again! I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of garage door repairs.

What a great company to deal with. No high pressure sales. Did they suggest extra services? Yep! Were they all needed? Nope. And the tech let me know which ones should be done and which I could wait on. being retired I opted to only go with one additional service and am glad I did. The door works fantastic! The company worked with me on the price.I'm very happy with the service. Jarad ,the tech they sent was fantastic. Friendly, polite and an asset to this company. If you have garage door problems. Call this company. Great service and good prices. Hopefully I won't ever need garage door service again. But if I do, this is the company I'm calling.

I had a 46 year old Genie opener I installed back in Dec.1977 that stopped working during these sub-zero days. I saw your add on TV and looked at some of your reviews on line which made my decision to go with Precision & Genie a "no brainer". The day after I placed my phone order, Cole showed up with 3 estimates on 3 options for me to choose from. Of course I went with Genie again (Genie 2028 chain drive) and Cole went to work. He was fast, meticulous & thorough. He showed me how to program one of my cars built-in Car2U controller and went over all the features the new opener had. I am very satisfied with my decision and the service provided. You can't go wrong with Genie and Precision Garage Door Service. Thanks !

Joel was terrific. We have been plagued with a squeaking door for a few weeks now and, wouldn't you know, on the day Precision was scheduled to come and apply a fix, the squeaking stopped. Like that morning. I apologized to Joel for this when he arrived but he took the time to look everything over and lubed all of the hinges and rollers. Very cheerly and professional about the whole thing and ended it with telling me to just call him if the squeak returns. As always a completely positive experience.

Precision was the first pop up on the Internet search. I am so glad! Brandon came out, checked the issues, explained what was wrong, gave multiple options of how to correct, explained differences between the options, did the work in an exceptional amount of time, explained everything he did, showed all the chills and frills and was absolutely fantastic to deal with, talk to and get answers. That man needs a humongous pat on the back and either a raise or a big bonus! I'm not joking, he is the kind of person that I love to deal with! Huyah!!! Purchased multiple items and he repaired multiple issues.

We called Precision based on good feedback from some neighbors who had also had them come out. Vlademir was extremely professional. We had a bad spring, and we were interested in upgrading our existing builder-grade opener. He answered all our questions, presented options, and had the new system installed in about 2 hours. Hope we don't need service for a VERY long time, but if we do, we'll definitely call Precision!!

They were able to come out within hours. Zeke was very kind and explained everything to us and gave us multiple options for the repair. He did all of the repairs right then and even tuned it all up. The door is running even better than when we had it first installed (by a different company). We can’t thank you guys enough. Definitely won’t call anyone other than Precision for our garage door going forward. You’ve gained a customer for life.

Our garage door needed several repairs and it was off the track. It was super easy to make an appointment on line. RJ showed up on time and was beyond professional. He explained what happened and gave my husband and I several options so we could chose the one that fit our budget and needs. RJ was absolutely amazing. Never dealt with a garage door company so well run. My first call for overhead door service was to the nearest company to my home that Google listed; it turned out to be Precision. I was blown away when the person I talked to said they could send someone over yet that day and it was like 6pm. The tech came out and replaced the 20 yr old motor in about an hour. Then a couple days later there's an add for Precision so I had them come out and replace a second motor. Further, I was impressed the way they followed up with text messages. Now when I need garage door service I don't need to call Google, just Precision.

Eric G came on time after calling ahead first. Upon arrival he evaluated our garage door and came up with options that was priced with different pricing and warranties. After we decided on the option we wanted, Eric proceeded with the task at hand. Afterwards he did a walkthrough and we were well pleased with what was done. We would highly recommend Eric for his friendly attitude as well as his knowledge and professionalism. 5 stars!

My technician, Eric, was great. Timely to the appointment and thorough in his explanation of the issues with my 13 year old door/opener. Gave me several options for repair/replacement (and the option not to repair/replace). Did feel as if I was being “sold” anything I didn’t need. Repair was complete timely. Eric took the time to help reprogram all openers and serviced my second door while on site. I would recommend Eric to any friend/neighbor.
