Precision replaced a defective opener with a very quiet one for us in the past, so we called them again when the other garage door opener was acting erratically. The primary problem turned out to be a broken spring and worn out bearing, not the opener. Orlando was efficient and paid attention to little things that made a difference in how the door works. He also lubed the rollers on the other garage door as a courtesy. I called at 1:30pm and they were out the next day. It was not an emergency, so next-day service was great!

First, we chose Precision based on your same day service and the reviews of work done by your technicians, and your company did not fail us on either reason. When the technician, Cole P., arrived, he was on time the same day, and performed a great job. He was friendly and respectful of both us and our property. He explained what his steps would be in looking at our problem. Once he ascertained what the problem was, he explained to our understand what that was and then reviewed with us about 4 or 5 different options and costs. Once we chose the option best for us, he proceeded efficiently with the job, and problem was solved, all in the same day visit. In closing, I would like to say that in my pre-retirement job was a manager over all Administrative services at a hospital, dealing with hiring/firing employees, and working with many other outside my department. In Cole, you have a dedicated, friendly and respectful employee who keeps the customer informed of the work, and all he is doing. We enjoyed meeting him, and he is truly a keeper as an employee. Thank you and Cole, for your professional service I did not choose a purchased product below, as we had several of those options done.

We called Precision Service to fix our older industrial grade garage door when the main cable snapped. The repair guys that came out were first class. They arrived on time and were so polite and knowledgeable and hard working. They were able to fix our old garage door and it is working great! We will be sure to call them in the future if we have any other issues. Highly recommended!!

Scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Received a text that said a technician was available earlier and could be at my house asap. Less than an hour after scheduling the appointment, he was there! Jarad was very friendly and assessed the repairs and fixed my garage door within an hour. He recommended a few other issues with the door that we decided not to address at this time and he was not pushy at all. Excellent service!

Had a problem with my garage door being noisy, reallly noisy. Precision came out and fixed the problem with new rollers and a better spring system. Technician Andrew showed up at the promised time and within an hour and a half had the needed repairs done. Andrew was was willing to listen to my concerns and offer different options and what the cost would be for each.
