Needed a repair on an almost 30 year old garage door assembly. Could have paid for a temporary fix for an indefinite amount of time, but after learning the cost of a brand new system, I was sold! I was thinking way more than needed for our needs, but it was a very comfortable investment for another 30 Years. Precision was responsive in just within a day of calling for a visit to assess. Zach was upfront an honest and would have repaired for us with ease. We were impressed with his knowledge and took his advice and ultimately made the decision for a new system! This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Service, and every aspect from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Same day service and Kevin’s expertise were outstanding. The original door opener failed as I suspected after 9 years. Kevin inspected the system, explained everything to me, including options available. There was absolutely no ‘sales pitch’, only valid information needed to make a decision on a new unit. Kevin took time to ask relevant questions and understand the overall situation: how many times a day the door is used, the number of cars, etc. His interest in installing a door opener that fit my lifestyle was impressive. Once I chose a new unit, he expertly installed everything in a reasonable timeframe. Afterwards, Kevin reviewed the features of this unit, operation and safety aspects. He also made sure that the app was downloaded on my phone and that I was confident using it. This was not a rush job/installation. Kevin is thorough and a skilled technician which I greatly appreciate. He’s professional, friendly and an outstanding representative of your company. I had an issue beginning at 0400 in the morning… my garage door began opening and closing. Upon looking to see if I might’ve rolled over onto the garage door opener, I realized it wasn’t in the bed. Upon searching for it, it wasn’t in the house. I had to have dropped it outside while carrying groceries from my daughter’s vehicle into the house… someone has my garage door opener. I remained prayerful, yet calm despite the tears. What do I do (after ensuring the alarm was on and locking the door from the garage)? I went to Google. There was Precision, 24 hours. Kevin called before he came out. He was personable and very funny. Kevin kept me informed of what was going on throughout the process. He gave me options for repair.
