As part of the service, Kevin found that my springs were weak and not balancing the door the way that it should. He explained the issue and the options available. Precision Garage Door Service was the original vendor when I purchased the garage door and opener. I trust the quality of the product and their service.

My Garage Door Technician was Brandon. He did an AMAZING job on replacing the rollers and adjusting my garage door. He was VERY professional, caring and courteous about how he treated me, and also about how he performed his job. I would personally ask for Brandon to come and work on my garage door (if needed) anytime! It’s not everyday you get a guy like him! 10 stars for this very professional young man!
