Excellent service. Eric came out the same day I called. He immediately saw the source of my problem. He fixed it, serviced the door opener and installed a new gasket on the door. He charged a fair price and I will call on Precision in the future.

Our garage door finally reached the end of its life after 22 years, and Precision Garage Door was able to come out the very next day. Kalu arrived promptly at the start of our scheduled window (8 AM - 10 AM) and was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to sit down with me, explain his findings in detail, and break down the repair options based on our budget. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and the fact that he genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. Exceptional service - this isn’t always easy to find, and I’m thoroughly impressed.

Everything about my experience was 5 stars. The technician , Elliott was prompt and professional. We had a door completely off the hinges on both sides Sunday evening. By Monday evening everything had been repaired. The only unfortunate part for us is the cost, but it’s not something that can be helped. Things like these are part of home ownership. Thanks

We had a 20 year old opener witha worn out gear and he explained the options of replacing the gear only and other possible problems with 20 year old unit later on. We opted to buy new unit & wheels and are very happy with the results.
