We had the bottom roller come out of the track and the roller stem came apart from the bracket. Mike, the technician, quickly addressed and fixed the issue and he even adjusted the spring tension. Fast, professional service!!!

WE'VE HAD CONSIDERABLE WORK DONE ON OUR ALMOST 50-YEAR-OLD HOME INTHE PAST 6 YEARS AND PRECISION IS ONE OF ONLY 3 I CAN GIVE 5 STARS. THEY INSTALLED THE DOOR 3 OR SO YEARS AGO AND HAVE PERFORMED ROUTINE MAINTENACE SINCE THEN. THE BATTERY IN THE OPENER (WHICH IS OLDER AND NOT INSTALLED BY PRECISION) STARTED BEEPING. MIKE F. Arrived home from work at 3:30 pm and garage door would not open. Discovered the spring had broken again. Original spring lasted 14 years, replacement spring lasted 9 years. Called Precision and they had an appointment set between 4:00-6:00 pm same day. My technician Mike F arrived within an hour of calling. He pointed out that a torsion cable had also broken and a few other issues with the door being 23 years old. Chose to have Mike make all the recommended repairs. Spring, cables, rollers, brackets, and bearing plates. Mike had the work completed in roughly 90 minutes and the door operates as it did when it was brand new. Extremely fast and outstanding service overall.

We are very pleased with the service we just received. We had Precision install our new garage door opener in 2021, it had a battery back-up too. Never had a problem until 2 days ago the unit started beeping. It was just needing a new battery. So I called this morning, and within a few hours the service man, Mike, was here and changed out the battery, did a door check, and we are back in business.
