Andrew was born in New York, and lived in Connecticut for the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to Ft. Wayne, IN. After high school, Andrew graduated from Ball State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Andrew lives an active lifestyle. He enjoys running, cycling, and lifting weights. Andrew also loves playing and watching almost any sport. He currently lives in Westfield with his wife, and 1 year old son. He enjoys spending free time with family and friends.

Although we have limited time with the new install, our initial impressions are quite high. The technician was timely, thorough, explained what he had found, and laid out multiple options with pros and cons of each, without pushing any particular unit; he also detailed some future maintenance that we could have completed to further extend the lifespan of the unit. The door now operates far more smoothly and quietly than before, and the pricing did not seem particularly high based upon the work completed, the warranty offered, and a cursory review of standard pricing for this type of job. Although they did have to cancel our initial appointment due to unforeseen issues in another of their appointments, they were quick to get us in the following day.

I chose Precision based off of all the great reviews. I called to schedule an appointment and a technician was at my house the next day. Had a new opener installed along with some worn parts that needed replaced. The door is so quiet now I can hardly tell when it's being opened. I would like to say that Andrew S. did an excellent job! The reason I choose Precision Garage Doors was because of the advertising of not charging extra for holidays and weekends Also my sister recently had Precision out to fix her overhead door and she was very pleased I can’t over emphasize this, a person answered my call. It makes all the difference The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable He engaged us to review his assessment of the problem and gave us options on fixing the issue We feel the option we choose will serve us well for several years

Andrew did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and then fixing it. My only issue is that the rubber piece that fits on the bottom of the garage door was just replaced in May of 2023…I don’t think I should have been charged for another one…very disappointed! Thank you.

Our 29-year-old garage door opener began to falter and the remotes could not be programmed. Andrew helped to diagnose a faulty circuit board on the old opener and recommended a replacement. He offered several choices and was not pushy when I chose the least expensive. He had the new opener, along with a new track and chain, new remotes, and a new outside keypad all installed and working in a short time. Excellent service.
