I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service from my experience with them today. My spring broke on Saturday, and I left a message with the previous company I had used before. On Sunday I went to the Precision website and looked at the reviews, the bio on their service techs, and the videos on overhead door repairs. After that, I made an appointment online that was very easy to do to get someone out first thing Monday. Nick Z. showed up during the time window I picked. Nick was very professional, inspected my doors and provided a no pressure estimate on different options. While replacing the broken spring I had looked at my other doors and he showed me how the spring on the other door that was replaced was undersize and how it was over tightened to make it work. My doors are 35 years old with the original rollers and bearings. Per Nick the doors were fine, and I ended up approving to install new springs, bearings and rollers on both doors. The doors are super quiet now. Go with Precision Garage Door Service for your service needs. Fyi, he has been 48 hours now and I yet to hear from my old original overhead door company.

I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min.
