I went out this morning to get the car at 9:30 a.m.. Only to find my garage door spring had broken and wasn't able to lift door. Plus one of the cables had broken also. So I called Precision and they had Nick come out and within forty-five minutes he arrived and within the next hour he had serviced the door and I was on my way. I call that real service. Nick was friendly and showed me my options to get the job done. Thanks Nick! Thanks Precision!

Nick did a fantastic job. He let me know when he’d arrive and showed up on time. Was great with my dogs who can be nervous around new people. Went over the repair with me, and walked me through some other issues (it had been a while since our last tune up). Had some suggestions of other things to address but did so in a pressure-free way. After the repair things are working better than they ever have. Highly recommend!

I picked precision door because of their reviews. They gave me a quote over the phone and when Nick got here he said the door was a larger door than normal and it would cost more. I had previously used Precision to install new doors in 2022 and was very satisfied with that service. When the openers began having issues, I immediately went to the Precision website and set up an appointment. I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday, which was especially convenient. Nick Z. arrived at the appointed time, we discussed options and quickly reached a solution. The work was completed, he cleaned up the work area and we settled the invoice. I have recommended Precision to several of neighbors and will continue to do so.

I called Precision Garage Doors yesterday and got an appt for later this afternoon(Saturday) with ease. Nick called on his way and was here at the appointed time. He listened toy concern, diagnosed the problem, gave me a few different options to fix the problem and did all of the work within 45 min. He was friendly, considerate, kind, explained what he was doing. The price was fair. I would recommend Nick and Precision with no hesitation.

Did I say “I love you guys” when Nick was finished today? I sure did! It was easy to schedule … last night at the kitchen table, scheduled online for early morning slot, Nick showed up on-time and ready to get to work!
