I had a competitor out to service my door and they told me that I needed a complete new opener. I called them twice to come out to give me an estimate and they never responded. I called Precision and they came right out. I read Jeff's bio on and it was exactly spot on! He looked at what is not a typical installation at my residence and jumped right in with no complaints. I had done some research on the internet and discovered that there is a kit to fix what was wrong with my opener and he had one on the truck and promptly installed it, put on a new door gasket and made sure everything was operating properly. He is a fantastic technician and Precision is definitely reccommended!

Our garage door spring decided to break at 9:30PM and since we had to be able to get our cars out in the morning I googled garage door spring repair and Precision came up. Upon calling them I was told that we could have someone to our house within the hour. Jeff arrived even quicker than we anticipated, quickly explained to my husband what needed to be done and went to work and was done fairly quick. We will definitely be using them for any other needs we might have in the future and will recommend them to our family and friends.
