Good employee, does wonderful job. Worked every minute he was here. Shwoed worn parts that needed replaced. Explained why. Would call for his return if needed for future door repair.

However, the "up sale" on services/products once the tech arrived was a little upsetting and way too much over kill... actually, I almost decided not to have the service done. Service was performed well and very quick. I wish the girl on the phone would have explained better that the original price quoted was for a basic spring ended up spending more than I intended to get something equivalent (or probably better) than my original springs.
