It did meet my needs. The bolts came off of the door that was attached to the opener. I just wish this service was performed when the opener was installed so I did not have to pay for another service call. The technician did a wonderful job and I am happy with his timeliness and service. I just wish I did not have to pay for another call out (4th time in 2 years). Now EVERYTHING is covered under a warranty, so I hope to not have any more issues until I am ready to buy a new door!

Jeff did a great job! Previously, the door would make the bedroom shake as it opened. Now, it can only be heard. A huge improvement. We replaced the one broken spring with two, improving the balance, and upgraded the other hardware.
