I choose your company from a recommendation that our neighbor gave to us when they had their door replaced just a few weeks ago. I live in Richmond Hill on the southside of Indianapolis. I remembered what the Maples had said about your service. So I called. The service rep that came out was on time and answered all of my questions. I hope that the install goes just as well. The service work was fine, but I was told someone would be at my house between 4 pm and 6 pm. I got a phone call from the service tech at 5:30 pm advising he would be there in 30 minutes. They didn't arrive until almost 6:15 pm. I left my work at 3 pm to be at my house at 4 pm. I would much rather get a phone call from somone telling my they were heading to my house instead of waiting a someone to show up and not knowing when they will arrive. Again, the service that was performed was great.....
