Repair was done effeciently and Jeff called before arriving and was approximately 45 minutes early. The only issue I had which has been resolved very satisfactorily was the fact that we had received service for the same "garage door coming off the track" 14 months prior and felt that it was not appropriate for me to pay for a service call again for the same problem. I talked to Eric who studied my complaint and he had Amanda call me stating that we would not have to pay the service call fee for which I am grateful. I will continue to utilize your company and recommend your company to others. Thank you.

I called on Sunday afternoon when I discovered a broken spring, and Josh arrived late in the day. He explained the problem very well and gave his estimate on how much life some other worn components had left. That really helped me weigh my options on whether to replace them now or take my chances that the parts would last until I would likely move. I ended up replacing more than I had planned, but the information and Josh's demeanor made me feel good about my decision. He replaced the parts quickly and planned his work for fewest trips through the house. (I'm a germophobe, so I appreciated him reducing the shoe-traffic!)Overall, I was really pleased with the work, and if I ever need another garage door repair, I will call Precision and ask for Josh.

Very pleased with my service. I did not personally meet Mike but talked with him on the telephone. He was very professional and explained the problem exactly to me. My father was at my house when Mike came and stated he was the best service technician he had ever dealt with and he is 81 years old! I would recommend Precision to anyone and will continue to use them in servicing my garage door in the future.

Jeff called 15 minutes before arriving to let us know he was on the way and arrived at our house within the scheduled time slot. We originally were just going to replace the torsion spring but we had researched that and after talking with Jeff, we decided to go with a higher cycle spring and a few other replacement parts (bearings, rollers, lift wires). Jeff completed the job in a timely fashion and, as we have had a noisy door for a while, he took a few minutes and tweaked the door track so that we have a much quieter operating door now.
