The service was quick. most places wanted us to wait two days before they could send someone out. Precision appologized for having us wait until the next day. Then the Tech was very informative. He pointed out that the last time we had the springs replaced, the company we selected used the standard springs, as to where we needed the heavy duty ones. And he pointed out the damage to the rest of our system because the first company we used gave us the wrong parts. We will use Precision for all our future garage door repairs.

All around great company. First time to need a garage door repair. The apt call was fast and easy, Worker showed up on time and was very polite, knowledgable, and just a nice guy to talk to and learn stuff about garage doors. Door was fixed perfect and he was gone in 40 minutes. I wish all company's I deal with were this professional.

Corey did a great job, he was on time, professional and efficent. I would have given 5 stars, except there were 3 brackets that he recommended be replaced, and $169 to replace these 3 simple brackets (while he already had the rod and springs down) was way too much. I don't fault Corey, but the company.
