We were told that a serviceman would be here between 1 and three. I got an E-mail saying 1 - 2:00. At 3:25 I called and asked if there was a problem. Later, Mike called and apologized and said he was running late but would be there soon. When he arrived, I greeted him and told him that it was satisfactory for him to complete each job just as I would expect him to complete our job. He was very competent and polite. He did the job to our satisfaction. We could not have been more pleased with him, his attitude, his skills, and his service. If the office people were as efficient, you have a great company.
