Although a smaller repair job ended up being a much bigger issue once diagnosed, we appreciated the tact and professionalism of the service technician when it was conveyed. He really made us feel comfortable that he was not trying to "take our money" but that in the long run repairing not only the broken spring but additional door components (bearing kit etc.) would serve us for many more years to come.

Vicky, Thanks for taking my (multiple) calls. I just had Mike come out and replace the springs on my garage door. Mike was extremely courteous and polite throughout his time at my house. He proved to be very competent and articulate, answering all the questions I had to my satisfaction. He thoroughly explained his recommendations, which made it easy to approve his suggestions. Because of this, he more than doubled the revenue you received from this work order. In addition to replacing the springs, Mike informed me of the option to upgrade to a lifetime warranty spring and he showed me why the 3 bearings holding the spring axle should be replaced.
