To Whom It May Concern: I called Precision Door after my house was struck by lightning last Monday; after what was an already exhausting week of insurance adjustors and repair crews I was not thrilled to have to deal with yet another tech coming out Friday afternoon. Then your employee Geoff Edwards showed up, and I can say without a doubt that out of the 15+ techs that came through my house last week Geoff was by far the best. Professional, quick, honest, and did the job right the first time. He took the time to answer my questions and when he didn't have the unit I was interested in on the truck, he came back out first thing Sunday morning to get the install done. your company has gained my wife and I as loyal customers because of Geoff and his ability to get things done right the first time. We'll be installing a brand new garage door here before winter and I had been eyeing the Amarr Olympus 500 as I am redoing my garage into a shop. I look forward and plan on using Precision Door again for this, and requesting Geoff specifically for the install. Techs and crews like him are few and far between, thanks for providing great service and peace of mind in an incredibly stressful time for my wife and I!
