I called Precision from their Yellow Pages ad. I was so impressed they could come the same day to fix the door on a Saturday. Josh was very professional in explaining what needed to be done. And after installing a new opener, he walked me thru every step of its use. I will highly recommend your company to anyone needing garage door / opener service.

I had to make several appts (our fault) and the office was so nice!! Then Mike the technician was fabulous. Listened while I explained the issue, knew right away what it was, and was quickly able to fix it since the part was on his truck. Also didn't mind my 3 and 4 yr old girls being around during the service call. Very professional, clean cut, nicely dressed... all you would want in a professional service!!
